Outdoor grills, free WiFi, ski lockers, coin-operated laundry, seasonal outdoor pool, and tennis courts make this the perfect location for your next alpine getaway. Mountainside Manor features unbeatable access to world-class skiing, incredible mountain biking, as well as fishing and golfing at Granby Ranch. The central Grand County locale is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area; Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within 30 miles. You can even find seasonal dining on the mountain at base camp!

Relax after a day of adventure in the inviting living room with a large smart TV, gas fireplace, and double sofabed. Make your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen.

The primary bedroom boasts a TV and an en suite bathroom. A partitioned bunk room has a dedicated desk space with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Upstairs, you will find a lofted bedroom with a bathroom. Video game consoles and a TV provide extra entertainment that is especially great for kids.

The shared pool is seasonal.
The shared washer/dryers are coin-operated.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
