Easy check in with the front desk. we had a very nice stay at Jerome's condo. My kids and I really enjoyed the hot tubs. We spent a little time in the game room and played air hockey. We were very comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed.

Excellent Stay

The property was a perfect size for two adults and a child. Check-in was easy, plenty of amenities, the property was very clean and well-managed. Would definitely look to stay here again!

Colorado Getaway

The property was perfect for me and my son for our Colorado Getaway. Location was perfect to go explore the Rocky Mountains. The property was very clean and the host was amazing with great communication. We definitely want to visit again in the future.

XC Team Trip

This was a great "home base" for the team's hiking (including the 14er of Mt Bierstadt), running, fishing, volleyball, etc. We REALLY liked the home, the billiards table, and the relatively easy access to where we wanted to explore.

4th of July Stay

We had a great time. We had both units and they worked well for a family of 5. We spent most of our time away and outside, but this was a great unit to rest up at night.

Weekend Ski Trip

This property was great! It was a short drive from Winter Park where we skied all weekend, and the traffic getting in and out wasn’t bad at all. The check in process was really easy, Jerome was very communicative and the room was cozy and clean! The access to the hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. Overall I’d definitely recommend it!

Pros- good location 5 minutes from Granby ranch, easy parking, clean unit, quick responses from owners, reasonably priced Cons- thin walls and noisy even with earplugs at night, 2nd bed a fold down couch which was lumpy and not comfortable, small. A studio and not a one bedroom. Overall a decent place for 2 people
