Great location and nice place. Only issue we had was the Murphy bed would not go up and blocked full access to the refrigerator and general navigation of the area.Maintenance agreed it wasn't safe to raise as it was terribly heavy. He said they would address it with his supervisor but nothing was done.

XC Team Trip

This was a great "home base" for the team's hiking (including the 14er of Mt Bierstadt), running, fishing, volleyball, etc. We REALLY liked the home, the billiards table, and the relatively easy access to where we wanted to explore.

We had a great time. We had both units and they worked well for a family of 5. We spent most of our time away and outside, but this was a great unit to rest up at night.

Weekend Ski Trip

This property was great! It was a short drive from Winter Park where we skied all weekend, and the traffic getting in and out wasn’t bad at all. The check in process was really easy, Jerome was very communicative and the room was cozy and clean! The access to the hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. Overall I’d definitely recommend it!
