Fabulous!

Perfect...washer and dryer do not work! Washer does not spin! Dryer doesn't dry 1st time. Otherwise it was a Perfect vacation!

Most enjoyable week

This was our second stay at this unit. It is well equipped except for beach chairs and umbrella. We bought our own. Location is excellent. Very short walk to beach. Plenty of places to eat on the Island. Felt very safe in the their community. One issue: Please repair the headboard on the Queen bed. There is a screw point protruding through the finished surface about 1/8 inch. Received a minor cut while sleeping. If I had my tools I would have fixed it. It was there a year ago as well. I should have mentioned it then. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again

Something has happened here - Been her for years and saw the photos of property and when we arrived - wasn't sure I was in the right place even. Had to be a ownership change and should have been told before arrival the night and day difference of the decor IT MATTERS. Pool is dingy and i cleaned up pool tables and area all week even after the cleaning lady left the pool side. As soon as we arrived, before I even had my bags and paid the uber, the check in GI Joe was on me about were I was going and he still had to do an inspection etc... made check in very stressful. i am also tired of the snakes on the patio and gutters jammed with debris and nesting of the neighborhood bugs, Out door shower door was broken and between that and the snakes - didn't want to do laundry or be on patio. The TV in the main room especially should be a smart TV by now in this day in age. I wish the pool tiles were fixed/ its been a couple years seeing pool tiles missing. and pool furniture is aged and yellowed and rotting. The chairs for use a the beach are pretty much broken or so rusted you can't open them. The community beach pool toy boxes need a clean out - broken items, garbage and toys in same spot the owners need to do some housekeeping of the community stuff and buy some new chairs. I usually buy one and leave behind but no more. Been here many times, at least 5 or so to this location of cottages, but it has gone downhill. You can't bank only on location. At the new prices and added stress of staying here - there should be something else offered up or updated. FYI - always put a new sheet on the couches before sitting - they are dated and thick with previous renters ick.. My whimsical cottage became grandmas house without any prior notice to my arrival - yes it matched nicely - it was just old and dated and not the cottage and fun atmosphere I saw pictures of and agreed to rent to online. bad form

Perfect Location!

If you want to be close to the beach, shopping, bus stop, and some of the best dining on Anna Maria Island this is the place! Not only all that but there is a pool right out your front door, two large bedrooms, and a bonus outside shower. The entire process was so easy and stress-free!!

Great getaway

The flat was very comfortable and clean, close to the beach and local activities, yet very private. We would recommend vacationing here.

Great location

Loved the sand and sea. It was very relaxing and close to the beach and town. The other guests were al very friendly and kind. Would stay here again without doubt.

Always a great vacation!!!

Third year in a row... Sand and Sea is the place to stay. Laidback and close to the beach. Within walking distance to great restaurants and Pine Street. Will be back next year for sure.

Perfect getaway

Sand N Sea is an amazing place to stay. This was our second time staying at Sand N Sea and I had forgotten how wonderful it was. The cottages are so quaint and they have everything you need. We love the fact that they have outdoor grills and the kitchens have all you need to cook a full meal (if you feel like cooking). There are many great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is so close you can walk back and forth for drinks. The décor is charming and colorful. We are heading back in the fall.

little bit of Heaven

We just found Sand n Sea and stayed in this unit for 2 very comfortable weeks. It is, as described, just a quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We only used our car when we went off-island to visit friends or locally for groceries. Whether we were eating out (many restaurants are walkable), in the mood for shopping (a few blocks from local shops) or seeking relaxation, (pool's right out front) it was all easy. The day always began with coffee on the front porch, then a nice long walk along the beach or many streets with local interest and beach spots. No elevators, little traffic, no running to the pool to reserve a chair before they were all taken ... The theme here is: relax.

Sand 'N Sea has it all!

We returned for the fourth time to enjoy all the amenities offered by the Sand 'N Sea Beach flats. This unit has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, including a pool just outside the front door, the famous Anna Maria beaches, shopping and a wide variety of dining options from a cup of coffee to a gourmet meal...all within walking distance. The photos and list of amenities give an accurate description of the colorful apartment furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Each time we arrive to find many familiar faces of other guests who have rented here for 15+ years! This is a unique gem on the island, and we look forward to another visit to San 'N Sea next March.
