The main living level offers an open concept design where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating. Large glass doors open to a covered deck with additional dining and lounge seating, letting you soak in the tropical breezes.

The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, TV, and direct access to the backyard oasis. Its ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Fantastic house and amenities. Hot tub wasn’t heating but a quick call to the supervisor took care of it. They had maintenance out within an hour or so and had it up and running in no time. Loved the house!

Everything was perfect . Very beautiful home. In love with island. Just no indoor stairs to get downstairs a little inconvenient because we had toddlers. But overall perfect would like to come back.

The house is absolutely immaculately kept and maintained. It was large enough for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. Its a quick 5 min walk to the Bean Point and close to Pine Ave shops. It was a pleasure staying there and we would love to use AMI Accommodations again for our next trip!

Beautiful place and location!

The house and the location are great! Favorite places were the den and the pool area! The den and the kids room get pretty warm though, the A/C cannot handle those rooms. The stairs are no joke though, so for older/sick individuals, it is not a good option. Also, I think due to city regulations, there is no bathroom/shower in the pool area. No bathtub in the house either. The kitchen has all the utensils needed but no condiments, not even salt or pepper. No complimentary bike/golf cart. The management of the property was very nice and useful. I might return during days with better rates, because you can get better located hotels with all the amenities included, but of course, not as private.

Perfect stay

This house was clean, cozy and the pool was awesome. The back yard was private and it was just a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Excellent house with pool, close to the beach, and wonderful area. Highly recommend. Property manager had great communication and made sure everything was just how we wanted it.

Totally loved our stay. Very clean, great location! Some kitchen upgrades could be done, but nothing that would ever stop us from renting this property again.

Not good for kids

We arrived and the ac was set to 76 which after carrying your stuff up a huge flight of unlevel stairs wasn't inviting. We tried adjusting the ac and had to contact the property manager to get it to 70 but overnight it continued to get reset and we would wake up to no ac at all very frustrating. We tried cooking dinner to find outdated dishes and cookware. We bought stuff to grill to find out the grill ignitor was out, and no lighter was at the property. All the tvs in the house were very old and I had to figure out which remotes went to each TV as they were mixed and missing batteries. Walking down the spiral staircase in back to the pool wasn't easy as the tree growing next to it wasn't trimmed branches covered the stairway. The pool area had brick instead of concrete which was very unlevel and caused my children to trip next to the pool and hottub. Hottub had a timer you had to set to use, it didn't stay hott at all but for 1 hour or so then would shut off! Everything was so frustrating! We had storms come through and the house was so loud because the windows were so old and let air blow in because they didn't close properly. It's a beautiful beach but the house needs work, certain things had been updated such as the bathrooms but the kitchen and amenities are lacking! No vacuum, no proper cookware, dangerous stairs coming up into the house. The house was very clean which was nice but the issues just continued to add up, we wouldn't say here again. The AC should be able to be set to 70 and left alone insane..

Beach Baby Vacation- good and not good

First I want to say that Anna Maria is a great community and a great tropical feeling getaway without leaving the states. It’s slow paced, easy to get around and simply relaxing. As for the property it’s got good and not good. The good. Location. Great spot. Easy walk to the beach and that’s dragging all the beach equipment and kids. The pool is awesome and was out go to every day after the beach wore us out. We stay at a lot of VRBo so I’ll say I do have some expectations that weren’t met. The stairs - the owner needs to get them fixed- lean heavily to the left and can feel precarious. The oven didn’t work - maybe it does but I couldn’t get anything but the stove top to work. Water pressure in the sink is weak. The pool was dirty when we checked in but my son cleaned The garage door on the right doesn’t close correctly- sensor kept falling off but we fixed The second bed sinks in the middle and wasn’t comfortable The third cap on the stair railing comes off - found out the hard way when I tried to use - think it needs re-glued The alarm on the back kept going off. The company fixed but the design is rough at best. Also the sliding door needs fixed. It doesn’t slide well and gets stuck. Kept fraying the cord. And if you haven’t been around these alarms- heads up it’s loud and jarring and it’s a quick alarm after the bypass The bathroom sliding door needs fixed for the master. It has to be slightly lifted to get it to close The beach equipment is awful. The roller barrel is fine but the rest of the chairs were broken- all but 3 - bring your own or rent like we had to The overall kitchen is mediocre. Old dishes and old equipment. Finally communication. We didn’t get most of them from the management company and unfortunately missed some things - not their fault- the emails went to spam apparently and caused me some headaches. So while there are ways they do things I disagree with they were very professional and fixed what I needed We really liked the town and the property but do hope the owners do some upgrading and maintenance- a shame to see a great cute place just be a bit off of what it should and could be I would recommend to people but I would give them some heads up on the little things that can get under your skin

Perfect area

The house was perfect - walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The only reason we would not rent it again is the long climb as we turn 80 this year! We would certainly rent from you when we return.

Nice but could use work

The property management group was responsive and we had no issues checking in or on departure. The property location is fine, its an easy walk to the beach and the listing was an accurate reflection of the rooms, etc however, it did not mention the 22-ish steps up a steep staircase to get into the house. I do not recommend older or very young guests. We had a nice vacation. The beds were comfortable the linens were fine. However there are many things that need attention. The hairdryer mentioned on a recent review...lol...it is VINTAGE - really, not joking. Gave up bothering to try to dry hair. Overall the house is clean and functional. But it is old and has alot of "failed" or odd renovations/repairs. They need to throw away the mishmached, "vintage" dishware/glassware/utensils, etc, spend $100 and replace. There are also some safety concerns, nails sticking up in front of the laundry that my daughter stepped on, sinking cobblestone work on one small area around the pool that is a trip hazard, broken blinds in bedroom and on deck door, etc... I did grow tired of having to say "be careful on the steps" - they are many and steep but also where the top platform meets the rest of the step, it is angled incorrectly and makes your feet/body tip forward. I don't know how to fix but these things combined mean I won't personally rent this property again, I certainly wouldn't pay the currently published rate for it.

Great Anna Maria House, Private and Close to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay here and the management was very good at communicating before and during our stay. The house is a great layout and everything was clean for us. My suggestion would be to update a few key items that would help the stay better. To pay nearly $6,000 for a week, I really expected everything to be updated and the house ready for our stay. The hair dryer available was so old (probably 50 years) it hardly blew out air or got warm, the vacuum wouldn't work or take a charge where we could use it more than a few seconds, so we had sand in the house most of the stay. It would also been nice to have essential cooking supplies like seasonings, salt, pepper, etc. just to not have to go out and pay for anything we only need for a week. Anyone traveling by plane would have to go out and spend $$ on all condiments, garbage bags, cleaning supplies as well as toiletries. It just seems like it would make sense to keep a little more supply around for guests to be more comfortable.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Baby. We loved the hot tub and pool and you are so close to the best beach on the island. There are several spots to have meals and it was so nice having morning coffee on the balcony. We had a small issue getting in at check in but the property managers were quick to help and it was easily resolved. One small suggestion, the TV in the main area should be updated to a smart TV so you can use apps. We made do and had movie night in one of the bedrooms so there are workarounds.

Beach Baby Review

We loved the property and the pool. The biggest issue we had was the AC it was set by computer and you couldn't set it below 70 and it went up to 75/76 at night I called everyday finally 2 days before we left they came and check settings on thermostat. We will make sure we won't rent from anymore Anna Maria Island Accomodations ever again. When you spend alot of money for a week rental you should be able to sleep at night and control the air. Our friends rented a hose and what a difference there house was in being cooler.

Great quiet getaway

With everything going on we decided we would quarantine in paradise for a little while to try and get a break. This home was perfect for our mission in nice quiet neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous beach that was always fairly empty. Enjoyed the pool Early in the day or later in the evening. Great time to disconnect and recharge.thank u

Great house and super close to the beach!

This house is super cute, close to the beach and had most everything we needed during our stay. We had only a few small issues during our stay. The heat on the hot tub was turned off when we arrived, but the maintenance man came and turned it on over the weekend. We were disappointed that the garage was not included in the rental (especially since it was pouring rain when we arrived) but it is not, even though the guest book inside the home shows it as part of the rental. Last, the oven door needs some work as it is extremely difficult to open and close. Other than these small issues, it was a great stay and a great property. Would gladly book again.
