Want to be 1 block away from Front St. and the Riverfront...the heart of Downtown Wilmington?

Want to park the car for the weekend and walk to all the Downtown restaurants, breweries, drinkeries, shops, and wedding venues?

Then, Our 2nd St. Condo is for you!!

This building was originally part of the horse stable section in the early years of Wilmington. During the mid-1990's the building was renovated into 4 residential condos with a retail space on the first floor....currently Gallery Citrine Art Gallery.
During the great pandemic, we painstakingly renovated our unit to bring the original building character back while adding Mid-Century Modern furnishings.

********Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in this building. To reach the unit, you must walk up stairs.*********

You will love its eclectic vibe!! And remember....NEVER a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit charged! We want to travel with our doggie and want you to do the same!

Great location comfortable apartment

Great spot right downtown, close to everything we needed. Fully equipped with anything you need for a get away including a diffuser on the hair dryer (huge for my wife!)wonderful time

Phenomenal experience

This condo was beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed, and in a prime location. My guests and I were exceptionally comfortable here. The owner was very kind, understanding and friendly. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Location

The condo had much more provided than other similar properties we’ve rented in the past, very well appointed. Within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. You just have to accept that the area is going to be a little noisier later because of the night life.

Well equipped apartment in an excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This apartment is an easy walk to the riverfront, tons of restaraunts, and all of the great bars in the downtown area. The apartment was well equipped with everything you may need, including toiletries and plenty of necessary supplies. Parking is directly across the street. Very convenient!

Great Place to Stay

Located right in historic downtown, the apartment was in the perfect location for our family. Our 8 year old twins and goldendoodle puppy all had a great time. Hosts were super responsive leading up to and during the stay. Apartment was super clean, and had all the amenities (and much more) that we needed. Would definitely stay again if we return to Wilmington!

Phenomenal Stay

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect downtown location for our wedding weekend. The whole apartment is amazing. Comfortable beds, great amenities, and plenty of space. We can’t wait to return soon.

Amazing Condo and Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This condo has an amazing location in the heart of downtown Wilmington just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again and greatly recommend this condo to everyone. Great value and price and was convenient to be able to walk to a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in downtown. The best Vrbo I’ve stayed at. So happy we found this place

Perfect location for Wilmington

Our family was in town for the Ironman NC. Location is perfect and the place is exactly as described. Home is well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. Location is great for walking downtown Wilmington!

Amazing stay from start to finish

What a wonderful experience it was staying at Dena's condo! My wife had a symposium in Wilmington for a few days so we decided to make a mini vacation out of it and brought our pup and a friend with us. The location right in downtown was perfect so that my wife could walk to her event each day and we could roam around the city to eat out and go for walks in this great little downtown.The space was nicely decorated and had everything we could need. We didn't do any cooking (so many restaurants close by!), but it had everything you'd need to stay home and cook all of your meals. We never got anything more then usual street noise but that never affected our sleep or disturbed our time relaxing in the evenings. If there was 1 change i'd suggest it would be to add a blackout shade or drapes in the bedrooms for anyone who's light sensitive in the morning, but this was a very minor issue.I don't think I can overstate just how great the coffee shop (Hidden Grounds) next door is! We went there the first morning and found ourselves back there every morning after and even a stop in the afternoon. Their back patio was a great spot to sit and sip on coffee with our pup and knock out some work on the laptop.Dena was so helpful, even when we had a last min change, she deserves all of these 5 star reviews. I'd highly recommend a stay here, it will be our go to anytime we visit Wilmington!

Great Location in Downtown Wilmington

We are a couple who LOVES Wilmington and restoring/renovating historic homes. This is one of the many reasons we fell in love with Wilmington many, many moons ago. We moved from the Durham/Raleigh area and are working hard to finish our "forever home" in Downtown Wilmington.

Outside of renovation and hospitality, we are foodies, love the beach, entertaining with friends and family, creating cocktails and taking our rescue doggie MaciGrey any and everywhere with us! This is why we NEVER charge pet fees or pet deposits for our rentals.

You can walk to EVERYTHING downtown, but as it is 1 block away from the main hub of Market and Front Streets,. Therefore, you have peace and quiet when you return to the condo.
