ケンウッドコテージは、歩道、子供、犬、隣人の静かな通りにあるプリンセスプレイスドライブのすぐ近くにあります。 ポーチスイングで休んで、こんにちはと言うことができます！ 2つのベッドルーム-1つのクイーンと1つのダブル-と2つのバス-1つのバスタブだけ-もう1つのウォークインシャワーがあります。 ガスログは機能し、この冬は居心地がよくなります。 海水プールは夏を涼しく保ちます。 庭は完全にフェンスで囲まれています。 基本的なケーブルと無線LANがあります。 ダウンタウンは車で5分、スタジオのすぐ近く、ライツビルビーチからは15分です。 ペットと長期滞在が考慮されます。

If there is a better place to stay in Wilmington, well, I can’t imagine it. I came with my husband and adult son to run the Battleship Half Marathon, and everything about this place was perfect for us. I noticed that pets are allowed, and did NOT bring any, but let me tell you…there was not a pet hair anywhere in that house. It’s SPOTLESS. The house is SO charming— the hardwood floor design in the dining area is gorgeous, the bathrooms and bedrooms are really fine, and the living room is SO comfy. I felt so at home. What I can’t get over is the HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, and FIREPLACE!! Amazing. Especially post-race. We had my daughter and her husband over for a couple of meals, and it was plenty roomy for that. There IS that crabby neighbor who hollered over the fence at us to stop making noise at the pool (after noon!), but that’s no big deal. Seems like lots of guests get that and no harm done. We will 100% be back! The next time we come we will bring all the paper plates, cups and disposable things we can think of, as there is no dishwasher and we spent a lot of time washing dishes. So keep that in mind if you like to eat in, like we do. Also, if you like to bring lots of electronics, bring “splitters” to plug into the outlets so you’ll have more plug-in options. This is an older home with fewer outlets than recent builds. Again, easily remedied by bringing a plug-in with extra outlets. The hosts are so communicative and helpful, you’re bound to have a wonderful stay.

What a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a 5 day stay, turned in to a one night-extremely unpleasant stay. The neighborhood is rundown and looked sketchy. The house smelled bad and didn't look like what we saw online. We rented this home because of the good reviews. That said, we brought our dog (lab) because of the backyard pool, however, a plastic pool liner was put over the gunite pool and we found out after check in that dogs are discouraged to go in the pool. So we didn't get to utilize the pool. The kitchen had bug traps throughout the kitchen countertops, no keurig like shown, the fabric shades were filthy, the mattress was terrible, the toilet's water ran, large cockroach was in the kitchen, there we burnt logs in the fireplace that caused additional unpleasant odors, the vent in the dining room was filthy, there we no rails leading up the staircase to the front door or out back. We did not feel safe walking our dog. That said, I reached out to the property manager "Rachel" and let her know that we did not feel safe and that the house was not what we were expecting, we apologized and asked for a refund minus 400.00. She responded with accusations of extortion and defensiveness, zero thought to how we were feeling considering this was our vacation and we were so excited-only to be so let down by the home and neighborhood. We now had to find another place to stay, it was so stress-full. Thankfully, we found an incredible place and gave it a 5 star review.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The heated saltwater pool was amazing. Host provided tubes and pool noodles, lots of towels. There was also a hot tub for guest use as well! House was very clean upon arrival. The backyard is fully fenced and dogs are allowed (up to 3!) which was one of our main reasons for booking. All kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided, along with extra linens and pillows for the beds. About 20 minutes from Wrightsville beach, and under 10 minutes to the airport and downtown Wilmington. Would definitely book this property again if we return to Wilmington. Everything was perfect.

Charming Wilmington Bungalow-convenient and quiet

Loved the little touches and the private pool. Very quiet street yet convenient to downtown and Wrightsville Beach. Rachel was an exceptionally responsive host.

Backyard paradise

We loved our stay here. The fenced-in yard was perfect for us traveling with dogs, and the heated pool was a mini-paradise. Even on cloudy days the pool was wonderful. We REALLY appreciated that we could bring 3 dogs, while most dog-friendly places only allow 1 or 2. There are tons of food options within 5-10 minutes. We had planned to go to Wrightsville Beach, but enjoyed the pool & yard so much, we never went to the beach.

Pleasant and Peaceful

Nice location and neighborhood. The dog enjoyed the walks around the block. Pool was a nice addition especially on Monday when we finally had some sustained sunshine.

Amazing Vacation!!!

My family had an amazing stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our family of 3 plus the pool was amazing, clean and beautiful!!! Couldn’t ask for a better place. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Wilmington.

Great Little Cottage & Pool

Nice little house near Downtown, River Walk and Beaches.Pool was wonderful and very private. House had everything we needed. Many beautiful trees surrounding the property. No complaints, we loved our stay and would stay again.

Great home, wonderful pool!

Perfect home stay for our family of 4 and dog. Well equipped kitchen, ample linens, eclectic and cozy decor. Home was in a safe neighborhood on a quiet street, convenient to the many places in the Wilmington area we visited. The highlight was the pool - clean, heated, and partially shaded with lots of places to sit and lounge. Host was responsive and kind, and cleaned the pool halfway through the week. If we come back to Wilmington, we would definitely stay here again.

Swimming outside in the Winter!

This is a Sweet Bungalow with all the amenities you need on a daily basis.We booked it mainly because I love to swim! The heated pool was a Heavenly Oasis!

Great Place to Be

This was a great little property for our short visit. The back yard/pool/hot-tub were very well kept. We cooked a lot while we were there, and found a lack of pots/pans and no dishwasher even though the rental checkout procedure states to place all used dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Also, pool instructions would have been helpful in the instructions, but we met the owner while there and he filled us in. A great house…however the shower did not work. We had the beautiful tub, so all was well. We would come again…

Gem of a property

Hurricane Helene forced us to cancel our planned anniversary trip and make a last minute decision to go to Wilmington. I'm so glad we found this gem of a property. This is a clean, well-loved and cared for hole we loved the pool and being able to bring our dogs. We will be back! lhome.Everyproperty.

Wilmington oasis

I loved this property! Having a private pool was so nice to return to after a long day exploring. The property is clean, neighborhood is quiet, and the property manager and owner are very responsive. Would stay again!
