Enjoy a relaxed coastal escape at The Parker Leland, just minutes from Wilmington, NC, and area beaches. Perfect for short-term visits, extended stays, or anything in between, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Lounge by the resort-style pool, work remote from the clubhouse or unwind with fire pits and scenic walking trails.
Guest Screening
All guests must complete CLEAR ID verification and a background check (no evictions, collections, or criminal records).
A passport is required for international guests.

The primary guest must complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550) and provide a valid SSN.

Great location, clean and furnished

A very homey feel in a great location to hit any beach. Very clean, nice pool and gym. Very quiet neighborhood.

The property exceeded our expectations. Everyone loved the pool. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. it was very clean and well stocked with all necessities that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again.

Great location for Wilmington getaway

This new complex was as depicted in the description. Clean and modern. Easy access with the app and 15 minutes from Downtown Wilmington. Would be perfect for two couples or a family of four or 5, two King beds a decent sofa.Check in was easy and you use the app to unlock the door. We had an issue and called customer service and she immediately helped us resolve it.Main gripe was we got a couple different prices each time we logged in so that was frustrating but overall didn't pay any more than we would have at a decent hotel.Access to a beautiful pool and full gym. We would stay here again

Host reached out to advise that we wouldn’t be able to check in at original time due to cleaning not completed on time. Which was fine. But was the only time host was responsive. Space was clean and felt like being at home. We could not find WiFi info. Reached out to contact at arrival no response at all. Also advised at arrival that tv in living area was not working no response. Check out on landing app was terrible. Would not allow to check out. Hours after check out, received request to review the stay. Place was nice and still smelled like new build. Also reached out to inquire about billing discrepancy, still no response. No contact in regards to issues during stay.

We had a little difficulty locating the building because the address I received was the actual apartment, not the building number (and the two numbers didn't correspond to each other in any way). Once I was able to tap around and find more information in the Landing app, we realized where we needed to be. I also had issues with the electronic door lock which wasn't very intuitive. Landing had an 'Unlock door' button, but it kept sending me verification codes and then nothing happened. I had to download another app, create an account, and then I could unlock the door.The apartment itself was lovely! The carpets were stained in quite a few places which I thought was unusual for how new the complex is, but they didn't seem dirty. The building was quiet. We never had any difficulty finding parking. There were basic utensils and cookware available, plus the in-unit washer and dryer. We wished there had been curtains in the bedrooms. The apartment was east-southeast facing, so the rooms were fully lit by the sunrise. Our Sunday was meant to be a lazy start, but between the all white bedding and sun streaming through the closed blinds, I was awake by 730 with no chance of a snooze.Overall, I highly recommend this place. We slept comfortably, loved being able to make our own food, and felt eight at home!
