The Host was very sweet and responsive to all our needs. Beautiful home and area. It was very close to a main road but you still felt like you were in a private setting.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and location. Younger children can safely play in front yard on boulders and river rocks. We will rent again!

Very private setting in the heart of the High Country convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. Best equipped kitchen ever! Screen porch by the creek was our happy place away from home.

This home was located in a lovely community and was a great spot for six adults. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We had a lovely stay hope to be back before too long.

We loved our stay! The host was amazing and very communicative. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for two families and 5 kids! It was the perfect location and easy drive to the ski slopes. Just wish we had one more day!

I would stop by dollar general and grab toilet paper and the essentials, and maybe a duster. I’m still not convinced there was not mold in the living room which we did not notice right away. I also noticed black stuff falling on me as I was trying to shower in the master bathroom and it doesn’t get hot. Warm but not hot. There is crayon and gunk on the walls throughout the house. But other than that the stay was nice! Melissa is quick to respond and answer your questions. The community was nice.

Excellent property!!

This property was amazing and so was our host! The kitchen had everything you could need and the neighborhood amenities were great for our children who loved to swim in the indoor heated pool after a day of tubing down the mountain! We will definitely be returning to stay!

Enjoyable family trip

Our family enjoyed our 4th of July trip in Robert’s Roost at Echota. Children had fun in pool and hiking. Screen porch was great gathering spot in the evening.

Snowy Perfection

Excellent location to all winter activities. Roads were cleared and the home had every amenity we could ever need. Excellent experience and the owner was a great communicator and host.
