Great place in a great neighborhood

Stayed here for a weekend to explore Chicago and this place was perfect. House was clean, well kept and has a great layout. The location is also perfect for exploring the greater Chicago area. Would definitely stay here again.

A lot of bang for your buck

This property is a short Uber ride to downtown but has the ease of a quiet tree lined neighborhood vibe. We walked a few blocks to the grocery store/coffee shops/breweries. Each bedroom room has its own bathroom and there are two living areas so there is plenty of room to spread out. It also has two outdoor spaces to enjoy. Another plus was the well stocked kitchen that had spices, oil, coffee etc. Seeing all the dog walking in the neighborhood was fun for us because we love animals. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific 5 Night Stay in Chicago

We (four adults) enjoyed a comfortable five night family stay at this very clean, convenient, and 100% 'as advertised' home. Sean was an attentive host checking in at various times to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. Great walking neighborhood with plenty of parking options. Restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and grocery store were all within just a few minutes walk. Lots of space to spread out, relax and enjoy this well-equipped and maintained property. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

Our children and grandchildren gathered here for our family celebration. There was room for 8 adults, and 4 kids during the day to eat and play. Cooking amenities were very good. There was ample on street parking as well as 2 off street parking spots in the back of the rental. A school playground was less than a block away for when toddlers needed to get outside. The matresses were not too soft and the sheets were as nice as hotel sheets (in my experience that is often not the case in rentals). Would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

Great/safe spot to stay in Chicago

Great spot to stay in Chicago! Nice and clean home with plenty of space, gated parking and well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfortable too! We had a fabulous trip and would stay here again. All expectations were met or exceeded.

Christmas in October

This was a great place for our family to gather. Great neighborhood, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars, grocery, etc., and a short Uber ride to down town Chicago. The owner was very responsive and I would stay here any time I was visiting.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Neighborhood

There was more than enough room for our three families (me, husband, young son; brother-in-law; mother-in-law), and the layout provided both ample communal space, and private space. We never found the fitted and flat sheets for the pull-out cot, even after asking the host if there was one, and being locked out right at check out time made it impossible for us to follow check-out procedure to T (we were supposed to return the garage opener to the kitchen island, but had to leave it outside of the locked front door, instead). Besides a few small things like that didn’t seem thought through, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the rental. We love the Ukrainian Village, and this was in the heart of it.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 to stay and celebrate a big birthday - clean, spacious, and well appointed. We Ubered with ease into the city and my granddaughter even enjoyed the playground at the nearby elementary school.

Spectacular property in a quiet neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our group of 6(3 couples). It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with food markets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Sean was easy to communicate with and the check in process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Chicago!

Awesome 3 Bedroom in a Lovely Neighborhood

We stayed at Sean's place for our daughter's wedding at The Walden. It was so convenient. The apartment was very clean, inviting, and spacious, and even better than the photos. The common areas were light filled, and the extra common space in the lower level allowed for hangout space with family and friends who stopped by. Others had also rented apartments and ours was apparently the nicest. There were very simple rules that were easy to follow. Sean was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible when I needed to make minor changes to my stay. There were nice touches everywhere, and having a really good washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board was great. Plenty of street parking was available during the day and we used the gated spots behind house at night. I would definitely stay there again during a future trip to Chicago with friends or family.

Wonderful Stay/condo and perfect overall stay!

This was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It has plenty of parks within walking distance for my 8 year old son and the owner was so easy to communicate with. He even let us have an earlier check in due to our flight change which was a blessing and very much appreciated. We were visiting family and they were all within a 30 min drive. Getting an Uber was quick as well and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes. The parking was a bit of a challenge in the back but the owner communicated that to us. During the day we were able to find parking in front of the condo. I'd definitely stay here again and felt safe and comfortable with my husband and son here. 10/10!
