Free garage parking!!! Fabulous and expansive! 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom apartment set in trendy Humboldt Park. The main level provides an updated kitchen with large living and dining rooms. All hardwood flooring! Primary suite with full bathroom, king sized bed, and walk-in closet. All 3 secondary bedrooms with queen sized beds. The lower level provides additional recreation space with large TV, pool table, and work from home desk. Large balcony off the rear with table seating.

This is a very spacious "duplexed down" unit. You enter on the main level with all hardwood flooring. The living room features couch and chair, with large television. Cable xfinity tv is provided! The kitchen is outstanding with white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This home is fully stocked with all necessary cooking amenities. Dining room with table for 6. Down the hall is 3 bedrooms and a laundry closet. The primary suite is in the rear of the home with ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and access to the rear balcony. The lower level expands the home dramatically with large recreation space, 75 inch TV (with gaming console), workstation, pool table, air hockey, dart board, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The rear balcony of the home provides outdoor space with table and chairs.

Great host communication! Good location and clean. Quiet and secure. Suited our family weekend nicely. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all adult members of my family (two couples and two singles). Super cute bar right around the corner, the HiLo - overall recommend.

This house worked great for us - two adult couples and two young teens. The bedrooms and beds are wonderful, there is plenty of seating upstairs and down. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathrooms had towels, wash clothes, etc. Having the garage to park in was a real plus - no worries about finding a parking place and the morning it snowed our car was clear and cozy.

Great place and exactly as advertised (no surprises). The property was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything in good working order. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked. The property location was quiet and safe and central to our itinerary. The host was incredibly responsive (we got responses with minutes of almost every query). A GREAT stay, which we would rebook again in a heartbeat!

The space was lovely, super conveniently located to “do Chicago” without a Michigan Ave price tag, and we felt like there was so much to do as a family during downtime because of all the games on the property. Highly recommend!

One of the best rental house I've stayed at. It was well stocked with ever basic necessity you need, even coffee and creamer products. There was ample linens and very nice bed sheets. There's very easy access to mass transit and only a few steps away from a large park. I highly recommend this property

Great Place

We are 75 year olds and had a small reunion here. 6 of us stayed here and 3 more joined for a dinner. It was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate breakfast and lunch there. Great neighborhood! Near a beautiful park and great for walking. It was a safe and quiet place. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well they slept. Also very clean. Highly recommend.

Lots of people, one opinion.."This place is nice."

We were travelling with extended family for our niece's graduation from DePaul and this place was a short ride from everyplace we needed to be. We were a large group staying under one roof which can be challenging if there aren't enough private spaces to 'get away' sometimes, but this place had plenty..step away to a bedroom, sit on the deck, or walk to the park. On the flipside, the public spaces were great, too. With 4 young people under the age of 23, the hangout space downstairs made for great cousin bonding time; while the 'old folk' could visit upstairs. There was a 4-day cultural festival going on during our stay making street parking a bit tight, so use of the garage was a real perk. Will definitely stay here again next time were in town for a family event.
