Inside, enjoy oak wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and premium furnishings. The first floor offers an open living room with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, a dining area for eight, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, plus a King master suite with ensuite. Upstairs, find a second King master, a Queen guest room, and a Full-over-Queen bunk room. Families will love the high chairs, pack ’n’ plays, beach toys, and optional baby gates, while adults can enjoy two 6-seater golf carts, six bikes, a private lawn, and a heated outdoor shower. Just a short walk to pools, trails, and the Gathering Place, this home combines comfort, fun, and convenience for an unforgettable 30A vacation.

Lovely vacation home

Such a lovely vacation home. Beautifully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Basically new. Very near Seaside and Watercolor. Publix is near the entrance to the neighborhood. Super convenient. I would absolutely stay again.

Awesome House!

Great house. Very clean, great kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Golf cart and beach gear were a great addition. It is located at the very back of the neighborhood so it is a long bike ride to the beach making the golf cart a must. Enjoyed the trip. Would recommend for anyone.

Amazing

We've stayed in this neighborhood 4 times and this was by far our favorite. The home is well appointed with everything you might need to have a great trip. We loved eating outside, sitting on the downstairs and upstairs porch. The side yard was wonderful, plus we enjoyed all of the wildlife around the home. We saw racoons, frogs, and even 3 Florida Black bears one night. Highly recommend the home and really enjoyed our 2 week stay!!!

Getaway

The house we stayed in was great! There were 2 couples and another sister in our group all are over 65. We are very active with pickleball and biking and had plenty of time to relax. We stocked the fridge and traded off cooking in the great kitchen and go ing out to eat. It was a great balance for us. We would definitely come back!

Last call was not last!

Although the house was in the back of the addition, the bonus two golf carts make the location manageable and nice! We loved the house, bikes and especially the golf carts! The only draw back was the constant construction going on across the way. We will be coming back soon!!

Christmas Vacation

Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The homeowners have literally thought of it all, accommodating everyone from age 7-63. The neighborhood is equally as perfect; with exercise stations, pools, trails, and more. The golf carts made traveling so much fun, whether going to the store or the beach. I had zero complaints.
