Oceanfront Coral Reef
Wake up to the waves in this oceanfront 1810 sq ft condo, featuring an expansive condo-length patio with plenty of seating for the entire family. Each bedroom in this large 3-bedroom condo has its own access to the oceanfront patio. The beach is just down the steps from the building for quick and easy access. It also houses a home office. We'll supply the beach gear, the pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. You bring your family and have the time of your lives.
**Only 1 parking spot available from 12/4-12/22
Roofing contractors will be onsite beginning Monday, December 2 to conduct annual roof and gutter cleaning. Work will continue for approximately five business days, weather permitting.
Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What to Expect:
• Use of blowers and roof equipment
• Possible debris on patios and walkways
• Roof and gutter photo documentation
• Please close windows and blinds
• Remove personal items from patios and balconies
• No unit access required

- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO VISITING GUESTS IF IT EXCEEDS MAX OCCUPANCY, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- No smoking allowed
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the front patio
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
