Oceanfront community-this condo has it all! Beach access and walk to everything and relax! So close to restaurants and the Solana Beach train station/free Del Mar shuttle and Cedros Design District. Large ocean view deck, spacious great room with ocean views, cozy sectional and sleeper chairs, smart "Art" TV, fireplace. Well-appointed kitchen offers air fryer, Keurig and drip coffee pot, cooking and dining essentials all with ocean views, patio with conversation chairs and grill. Master offers king size bed and secondary bedroom offers 2 twins- bedrooms open to entry courtyard. Condo features washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Parking garage for 2-cars with remote gated access. Community offers fitness room, 2 pools, 2 spas, lit tennis courts, clubhouse and koi ponds. There are stairs leading to the condo, throughout the community and to the beach. This feels like home without tee stress!

Would highly recommend!

We had an incredible time at this property and are so thankful we booked our stay here! Our family loved it and it was perfect for kids. Easy walk to the beach, relaxing, and had everything we needed. The owners were very thoughtful and provided all the items we needed to make meals and have a great time at the beach. We love this location and there’s lots of incredible restaurants and things to do nearby if you’re looking for a great spot to take your family in San Diego, we highly recommend this spot!

Solana Sea Scape Sur

All went well as planned. The amenities were thoughtful and we enjoyed just relaxing during spectacular sunsets. Highly recommended. Great communication with the owner.

Beautiful location and well stocked rental

This Solana Beach rental exceeded my expectations. The communication with the owner was exemplary! Adele was super helpful and kind. The condo was stocked with everything we needed making our stay even more relaxing than I had hoped for. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and well equipped!! Owner is friendly and was responsive to our questions. We loved being able to fly in for our vacation and have beach gear etc already there waiting for us. They thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach — there are lots of stairs on the grounds / to the beach but the trade off is the stellar view! Beautifully landscaped property (hummingbirds everywhere)! Lots of shops in walking distance, and we were able to catch tje SD Fair as well. We had a wonderful time.
