Come stay at this perfect beach condo that sleeps 6! This condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, also a queen sofa sleep (pull-out) located in the living room. The amenities are great with central air, elevators, outdoor pool, bbq area, tennis courts, sauna, pool table and tandem undercover parking and more. Located on Alii Drive close to farmers markets, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movie theater and golfing all in well known in Keauhou area.

We stayed here at this great property with my family on our first trip to Hawaii. The place is very conveniently located just south of Kona and well stocked. Very nice pool and the place has a closet full of beach accessories to use at Magic Sands Beach across the street or for another adventure on the island. The restaurant at Magic Sands was also very nice and convenient.

Nice and clean condo, location is great, quiet place. Love the chirping of birds every morning. Appreciate the host’s thoughtfulness providing beach essentials, like boogie boards, beach chairs, very helpful for us. Apartment does seem to be needing a bit of maintenance, plumbing seems old and difficult faucets, but on the bright side, new appliances and stocked with new essentials. So much to see and do around, beautiful surroundings!

Property is very spacious and has huge lanai to hang out. Home is cooled around the clock with AC and bedrooms come with overhead fans. Host provides lots of towels and all necessary amenities to make the property feel like home away from home. The property is located steps away from the beach. Come to beach early and you can enjoy beautiful sand, otherwise, it's rocky. Property comes with access to pool and other amenities. The fun closet has necessary supplies to make beach time a breeze- umbrella, chairs, pool noodles and much more. To top of great location, the host communicates quickly and allowed for early check in. Definitely an A plus home!

Location was great! Loved the wraparound lanai. The kids liked sleeping on the futon outside. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable for the people sleeping there (too soft). We appreciated the fun closet with beach toys. Check in was a little confusing because we weren't sure how to get to the office at first, but overall it was a fantastic place in a fantastic location. We loved it and would stay there again.

Great host! Great amenities! Great location! Was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage son loved sleeping on the futon on the lanai each night. We did a lot of cooking at the rental and the kitchen had plenty of tools/pans/utensils that allowed us to do so with ease. Definitely recommend!

Host, Josh, very responsive and helpful! Amenities provided exceeded all expectations! We didn’t cook during our stay but kitchen well equipped if we had wanted to!The view of ocean and mountains from huge lanai and even from front door are breathtaking!

Amazing 360 views. The location couldnt be much better with Magic Sands Beach 100ft from the property. The air conditioning worked great! We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains from our deck! Super close to downtown and all the restaraunts! I highly recommend Shaka Tacos! Host was aweosome and checked in on us!

The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again!
