304 Serena is a lovely new third floor apartment close to the sea, situated in a modern hillside building at Pedregal de La Paz, an upscale, gated neighborhood right outside La Paz. Only 25 minutes away from the Airport and 10 minutes away from Downtown La Paz, this majestic residential community offers unforgettable views and is the perfect spot for sunset watching.
Starting at the gate of Pedregal de la Paz, you may enjoy the six-mile scenic road, with amazing sights to the Sea of Cortez. A 5 min. drive to Puerta Cortés, this exclusive vacation spot has an 18-hole golf course, a Marina for boats and yachts, 4 restaurants, a spa, Bar and Beach.

The apartment

Upon entering this modern one-level apartment, you will find an inviting area where you can gather around the table, snuggle down in front of the TV or simply enjoy the sea views from the balcony. The attractive kitchen is large and well-equipped. You will find a king-size bedroom (sleeps: 2) with a large shower, separate closet area and WC. There is also a secondary bedroom with two queen-size beds (sleeps: 4), a closet, shower and WC. For two additional guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Area: 1,829 square ft.
Amenities: parking lot, elevator, gym, pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and soccer field.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family in La Paz over the Christmas holiday. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Very comfortable. Excellent view. The property host was great to work with before during out stay. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Excellent property!. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk into the apartment with a ocean view. Easy access, it had everything we needed, it felt like home. Great communication with the host Barbara Zuñiga. Overall, I had a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting La Paz, Baja California. Thank you!

La Paz Getaway

The property is spectacular and the owners, Barbara and Manlio, are amazing. We flew into Los Cabos and, after a brief glitch with car rental, arrived after dark and was greeted by security who provided instructions in order to get to our final destination. The property is located just north of La Paz proper at the upper end of the “greenbelt” that affords access to the town by pedestrian or bicycle traffic. (Skateboard or rollerblades for those inclined). Of course, travel by auto is available and takes all of five minutes to access the center of the Malecon. This is a brand new unit. The facility has top notch appliances and furniture. While only my wife and I stayed, we enjoyed the expansive unit and took advantage of securing personal “nooks” for reading or just enjoying the serenity from our usual hectic schedules. The third floor balcony afforded a 180 degree vista of the sea of Cortez. The kitchen was well appointed but we found the local eating establishments accessible, accomadating and inexpensive such that we took advantage of eating out on several nights. (Oliva Al Mare, Seaside Mediterranean and Sorstis come to mind for higher-end eating but plenty of varied and affordable meals can be found as well). We took advantage of visiting the beaches, swimming with sea lions and whale sharks (Isla Espírito Santo) and walking through the downtown area adjacent to the Malecon. If you have not seen kite sailing, wind surfing, or similar activity requiring wind propulsion, it is well worth the short drive to La Ventana. All in all, we could not have asked for better accommodations or hosts and look forward to returning.
