HOA wristbands: From Memorial Day through Labor Day, all guests must purchase a La Solana wristband ($5/person)
Restricted periods: No guests permitted during Spring Break or Easter (Semana Santa)
No parties, no exceptions: Our local team monitors compliance. Violations result in eviction without a refund

2 vehicles allowed for on-site parking available - Parking permit will be in the unit at check-in and must be displayed on the dash - Assigned space 105 or risk of being towed.
