Oceanviews from bedrooms and decks

Fantastic two story house with whitewater view of Neahkahnie beach. Enjoy the views from inside the house or outside on the three decks.

This house is located on the north side of Manzanita below Neahkahnie mountain. 5 minute drive to downtown Manzanita and 4 blocks to the beach but well above tsunami risk. Neahkahnie beach is less windy and less busy than the beach at Manzanita.

The floor plan is reversed so the first floor has an ocean view bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom and a tv room with 65" roku tv. The sofa slides out to a full size bed. You can also access the private, ocean view hot tub and deck through the back door in the bathroom

Upstairs give you a fantastic ocean view from the bright vaulted great room. A large sectional couch faces the views and the wood burning stove. The covered upper deck with several views can be enjoyed even if it rains.

The complete kitchen has large quartz counters and new appliances including a double drawer fridge. The pantry hosts a coffee bar and full size fridge.

The master bedroom has a king bed with more of that wonderful ocean view. And right off it is another full bathroom with shower.

The house has a gas furnace so no pesky cadet wall heaters. Washer/dryer are in the insulated garage along with some boogie and surfboards. Spend your days around the fire pit out front and get your grill on with a gas BBQ which is undercover for those rainy days. Plenty of paved parking with one level spot for a larger vehicle.

Ideal family spot

This place is just about perfect. We loved the view of the ocean, the well stocked kitchen and the short walk to the beach. The hot tub was amazing after diving in the cold ocean. There is an impressive array of beach gear to use. We would certainly stay again and hope to be back soon!

Great home with great ocean views!

This is a wonderful property with great views of the ocean. House was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy and the deck space was great to relax and hang out on. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great home and location

Loved this place. Very well appointed and clean. Location is great for access to the beach and town, but far enough away to be quiet. Decks are also perfectly set up for some sunshine.

Another Great Stay

We love this house. Equally enjoyable on a sunny day (decks, views) or a foggy one (hot tub, fire). Super quiet street, nice walk to the beach, quick drive to town if you need something from the market but feels far from the busyness.

Great trip!

The house was very nice and clean, great view and tons of natural light. It is in a wonderful secluded neighborhood. Communication with the owner is was very easy and open with quick response.

Beautiful home with ocean views

We loved our stay at Neahkahnie Beach House! The home is lovely, comfortable and very well-equipped with everything one could need. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

So Relaxing

Nicely designed home with tons of natural light, majestic views of the ocean, tasteful landscaping, and everything we needed for a week away (real kitchen with real implements, nice sheets and towels, etc.). We hope to be back soon.

Just Amazing

This was our second stay and was just as perfect as the first. Great house, great views, great location, great, great, great, great, great. This time we had more time to settle in and found that there were so many different comfortable places to be: the yard, the back deck, the upper deck, the couch, the downstairs couch/tv area, the kitchen counter, etc. Just cozy and clean and nice and ridiculous views and so quiet. I'll stop there.

We loved Scott’s house in Manzanita. It was better than we even expected! The views were amazing. Great location. Fully stocked kitchen and house. Super fun games, binoculars, activities. The hot tub was super clean and so relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Two separate “suites”. I stayed upstairs with mom and my toddler, and my sister and niece stayed downstairs. Beach was a short walk..super peaceful. Our dogs loved it, too, We definitely want to come back. So relaxed when we left. Thanks so much, Scott!

Super Accommodating! Wonderful Trip!

Scott was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much, our dogs had a blast and loved sunbathing on the deck. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Even better than anticipated!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean View! I appreciated so much about this house from the moment we arrived. The check in process was seamless, the house spotless and the views pristine. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed. The beds were comfy too! Thank you for such a perfect getaway!

Clean, family friendly, beach view

Great and very responsive communication with host. A very clean , upgraded property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to Manzanita city center. Walked to the beach every morning. Loved hearing and seeing the ocean from both levels. Beds are comfortable. My parents traveled with us and they loved having their own bedroom, bath and living area on a separate level.

Summer 2022

Perfect house for two adults and a kiddo. Sparkling house and a kitchen that is brand new; we loved the separate pantry with the fridge. The house has ocean views from upstairs inside and from the deck. The yard was lovely, the property felt private and retreat like, while still being near the beach. The bedrooms - main was upstairs with a private bath, and there is a separate den downstairs with a bedroom and bath connected to it. Highly recommend but also want to keep it for myself. Would love to make it an annual stay. Thanks to the owner for his kindness and communication leading up to our trip.

Perfect getaway

This was such a comfortable, beautiful home to stay in. The location in perfect for visiting the abundant nature and destinations both north and south. Even on rainy days, there is a beautiful fireplace and view of the ocean to enjoy, games, puzzles, books and plenty to do right at home. We enjoyed cooking in the large and very well stocked kitchen. Perfect communication from the host. We will be back. Thank you!
