🥨 In the heart of the pedestrian city centre of Strasbourg, just 3 minutes from Strasbourg Cathedral, the apartment Le Pignon is perfect for a family or friends’ stay. Fully equipped and renovated in 2024, you will be charmed by its atmosphere and friendliness.

It consists of: 🛋️🍽️ A large living area with lounge/dining spaces open to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) 🛏️ Two bedrooms with two double beds each 🛁 Two bathrooms with Italian-style showers connected to each bedroom 🚽 Separate toilet

🛗 The apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift.

🅿️ As the rue des Grandes Arcades is pedestrianized, you can only access the building by car at certain times (from 6 am to 11 am). However, the public parking "Gutenberg" (open 24/7) is located nearby (50m) from the apartment.

🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. Always aiming to satisfy you as best as possible during your stay: 🧹 Cleaning will be done, 🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed set will be available, 🧼 Clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel for each kitchen, 📶 Free Wi-Fi connection

🛍️ This historic neighbourhood offers many nearby shops. House rules: 🚭 This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, using e-cigarettes, shishas, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment, and the bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can book an additional “full cleaning” option for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and these instructions are not followed, a €60 cleaning fee will be charged.

📝 A digital contract and your ID will be required via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons staying does not match the reservation details, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
