NEW from summer 2025 - Beautiful villa with all comforts in a quiet area, with sea view Cap d'Antibes, in a beautiful property in the middle of citrus and olive trees allowing us to produce our oil.
Located in the heights between Nice and Cannes, 15 minutes from the sea, 1h15 from the ski resorts and 30 minutes from St Paul de Vence.

You will find air-conditioned rooms decorated according to stays abroad: Italian, South American and Indonesian rooms.
The outdoor terrace is equipped with a bio-climatic pergola, a comfortable summer lounge, a large table for meals, sunbathing, nomadic charcoal barbecue and outdoor games (Molki and petanque)
The living room is very spacious with a table football, a TV.
A separate toilet is upstairs.
Pets are not allowed, as the property is not fully fenced.
Sheets and towels are extra (12€/person for the stay).
A beautiful uninhabited garden shed embellishes the Mediterranean garden that adjoins the house.
The owners live in a house further down in the 5500 m2 property.
