Set up on stilts, this lovely cottage features a huge screened-in porch with loads of comfortable seating. The galley kitchen has everything you'll need and you'll also have the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer. With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this cozy cottage sleeps a total of 7 guests comfortably. There is also an outdoor shower, to rise off all the sugar white sands after a day at the beach! Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow neighborhood streets lined with live oaks. You'll also get a “hippie kitsch” feel having the iconic Red Bar a stroll away. Take the neighborhood boardwalk to the beach or hop on the bikes and head 2.4 miles to explore Seaside. This cool little beach town is also home to the diverse coastal ecosystems of Western Lake and Grayton Beach State Park, and is a gateway to a large expanse of sugar-white beach that is a haven for fishermen, boaters, and beachcombers alike.

Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, it provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, hiking, and snorkeling -- you'll find it all right here!

Enjoy this Funky, Free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes.   It’s an eclectic beach burg with good times, picket fences, funky art, and great dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options such as Grayton Seafood Co, or Trattoria Borago. This is much more than a cool beach town, this location is the best of both worlds, enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway while still having a lot of action packed activities at your fingertips. 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
