This room is divided into several spaces: - A comfortable living room- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)- Meal space for 6 The 75m2 garden will offer a large family table for 8 people, deckchairs and private access just 2 minutes from the red Murre beach! The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm), a large closet and access to the terrace. The second is equipped with two double mezzanine beds and access to the terrace as well. The large shower room is designed for people with reduced mobility, there you will find a large showerItalian (including WC). Note: air conditioning is only available for heating.AFFAIRS After a few steps on your street, the Ordan impasse, you can, to choose from and in less than four thirty minutes: - Join the beach of Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail- Take advantage of the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our nice shops - (bouchery, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)- Flank on the Croisette to make a Carrousel tour or a remote-controlled boat race- Change the atmosphere and take the sun on a bench in the Hesperides Garden And in less than ten minutes by car: - Join the Palais des Congrès- Take the train to discover the French Riviera- Be imaginative when travelling downtown PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is free in the surrounding streets.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
