Kaanapali Royal Resort #D-102 is in an ideal location for experiencing all that the Kaanapali area has to offer. This gated condominium resort of 15 three-level buildings is situated on the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course. Over 1,500+ sq ft with an extremely large lanai area, this condominium is located on the ground level and walks out to the 16th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones designed Kaanapali Royal Golf Course.

Top-of-the-line features include porcelain ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, custom stone showers, extra-large bathtub, gallery-quality art, and beautiful furnishings and amenities. The Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed; the Second Bedroom, a queen-sized bed; and the Living Area, a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master Bathroom offers a custom stone over-sized tub/shower combination, and the Second Bathroom offers a custom stone walk-in shower. HDTVs are provided in the Living Area and both bedrooms, and a Bluetooth stereo system is included. Secured, free high speed Internet is supplied.
A quick 5 min walk to Whaler's Village and the world-renowned Kaanapali Beach! Whaler's Village offers an array dining experiences, shops to appeal to every taste, convenience stores, and the Whaler's Museum of the Pacific. Kaanapali Beach is consistently ranked among the top five beaches in the world, and offers a three-miles-long wide expanse of white sand that is perfect for sunning, swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, sailing, and snorkeling.
Centrally located between Lahaina and Kapalua, the options for your activities while on Maui are plentiful. Cruise down Front Street to do some shopping and eating, or head up to Kapalua for great golf, snorkeling, hiking and much more.

With golfers in our group, this was a fun place to stay! We golfed and also watched other golfers daily, from our patio. It is a spacious unit with plenty of space to spread out and chill out, when needed. Whalers is conveniently located close by and we visited that beach almost daily. If not, we traveled right up the road to Napili, to the beach park, where snorkeling was great! Emmett was a very gracious host, who communicated well with us for all of our needs. 100% recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay. Perfect location and the place was super comfortable and nice. We loved the lanai on the golf course in the mornings. Host was great and we had zero issues. We would stay here again!

This was our second stay in this same condo and it’s absolutely fabulous- plenty of space, great lanai, kitchen equipment is perfect and it’s close to the pool for the kid! Clean, relaxing and comfortable.

Absolute paradise!

Property and its location within the condos was amazing! It had great basics in the kitchen and rooms were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the pool, Whaler Village and the beach.

The space was fantastic and very nicely appointed. A few things didnt work likenthe tv remotes, lanai sun shades, outdoor lights, bedside lights. Also the bbq tanks were both basically empty and i have to drive arou d and find a place to fill.

This property is lovely, sitting right on the golf course. The view from the generous lanai is outstanding. The pool area was well-used by our grandkids. We appreciated the adjoining restrooms and BBQ grills.We were unlucky in our travel dates, arriving during the last of the "hundred year" storm that flooded Maui. Our first days were challenging due to closed roads, restaurants and stores. The manager of the condo allowed us a refund for that portion of our stay. We are so appreciative of his willingness to work with us on that issue and a couple of other concerns. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect! We loved sitting out on the lanai and walking over to whalers village. It was clean and had all the accommodations! We will be back!

Great location, wonderful family room and lanai.

Our host, Emmett, was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out. Great golf course view from family room and lanai. Parking was easy and close to our unit. The bedrooms are both of nice size but carpet needs to be replaced.
