Perfect location with access to south beach via the ferry. Other beaches are also very close by within 15 minites drive. Only a few minutes drive to local restaurants, shops and bars.

Wonderful week

We had an amazing week, property was beautiful! Loved the pool. Only had to worry about buying food. Was able to thoroughly relax. Thank you to the previous renters for buying the shark took hunting rakes, found lots of shark teeth.

Amazing property! We will be back!

This house is awesome. It has everything you need to have a good time. The only things we went and bought were groceries and a shark tooth sifter (which we left at the house so you shouldn’t need to buy one!) The pool is awesome and you are just a short drive from Caspersen beach or Shamrock Nature Park. I definitely will be staying here in the future!

Great place for families

Clean and beautifully decorated, this house had all that we needed to feel at home during our stay. The placement of the three bedrooms provided privacy for each occupant with the kitchen, dining, and living room in the center of the house separating all the bedrooms. The saltwater pool was very clean and we did not need it heated in May. It was cool and refreshing. I liked floating in the pool gazing at the small planes that flew overhead heading to and from the small airport nearby. The nearby homes are well kept and beautifully landscaped as this property is.

Cute and Comfy

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. The house was nicely decorated, great location near shamrock park and trails and beaches, Included 2 electric bikes, beach chairs, linens, towels, beach towels, paper products, purified water bottle, kitchen had all that was needed, queen size beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable, direct tv in all rooms, private back yard, quiet neighborhood although near Venice airport.
