Gorgeous private suite in ranch home with full kitchen/laundry and Jacuzzi tub!

You will love your stay in this beautiful, peaceful country home suite with amazing views! This is a luxury space on a private road in the town of Hurricane near Zion. The suite is completely private and sleeps up to 4, with 2 very comfortable beds (pillow-top king & pillow-top queen trundle). It features a huge bathroom w/ walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub; private entrance and balcony with amazing views; private kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer; 55" TV (Roku Prime, and Netflix); and central AC/heat.

One dog is allowed with a $100 pet fee, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please message us before booking and tell us about your pup (breed, size, age, mannerisms). Also, your dog must not be left alone in the home while you are gone (there is a wonderful doggy day care just one mile from us).

We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. Feel free to ask us about local sights and restaurants. And, for a very reasonable rate, we would love to take you to the lake on our wakeboard boat for wakeboard/surf lessons, or to show you some amazing hiking or mountain biking trails.

This is a very peaceful neighborhood, very near to town but also tucked away and very safe. Most of the neighbors have small hobby farms and orchards (no loud roosters nearby, thankfully). The views from the house are beautiful, including full views of Pine Valley Mountain. The sunsets and sunrises are gorgeous. California Condors fly overhead almost daily... and Great Horned Owls perch in the neighborhood at night.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, directions were very clear & easy, location was perfect as we spent every day in Sand Hollow for a Bronco event & went into St. George for dinner a couple times. There’s a great cafe on Main Street for breakfast we ate there everyday. The vrbo was very clean & had room for my truck & trailer. Owner is responsive & communicative we would def stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful and the area was quiet and peaceful. Brian was attentive making sure we had everything we needed and promptly answered questions we had about the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place

We stayed here for 4 days and had a very quiet relaxing stay. Checking in and out was simple. Loved the neighborhood. This place is clean, comfortable and well supplied. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Side by side trip

We had a great time at this VRBO. It was extremely clean and spacious. It was dog friendly and there was great parking for our truck and trailer. The host was super informative and easy to communicate with. The full kitchen and washer dryer and dishwasher gave you the comforts of home. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Spot

Perfect location as a hub for mountain biking. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Walk in shower and a jet tub were great after big outdoor days. Communication was great with the host Brian - didn’t need anything during the stay but was only a quick text away. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had.Thanks!

The perfect stay!

So comfortable and charming. Decorated perfectly. Every amenity is available. The suite is spacious and the bathroom - Wow! The jetted tub felt wonderful after long days of hiking. The kitchen is adorable and has everything you could ever need. We loved our stay!

Don't hesitate, book it!

This place is awesome. Super clean with everything you need. Huge shower. Washer/dryer. Well stocked kitchen with coffee maker and coffee. Full size fridge. Balcony overlooking the snow capped mountains. Super quiet since it is on a private road. Had great contact and communication with Brian, the owner and got a chance to meet him. Very nice and informative.

The suite was lovely, nicely decorated, had everything necessary in the kitchen and pet friendly. There is a nice grass lawn out front so our dog was happy with a place to throw her ball. Bryan, the host gave us some great suggestions for places to take our pup for off leash hikes and was always quick to respond to our requests. Although the unit has central AC, we’re not used to a constant 72 degrees, especially for sleeping. There was a portable unit, but each time we turned it on, it blew all the electricity in the suite, so we made due with opening the windows at night, which was fine except for the late night and early morning traffic noise. Bryan said he was going to replace the portable AC after our departure. It’s a good location for day trips to Red Cliffs State Park, Zion N.P. and for shopping and dining and a short drive into St. George.

Amazing Stay

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. Our first vacation that we didn’t stay in a hotel. The apartment was very easy to find. We had no problem following the directions we were given. It was in a private neighborhood but very close to everything. Brian was friendly and quick to respond to our messages, which put our minds at ease. The apartment was so peaceful, clean and cozy. Exactly as described in the listing! We enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen where we found everything we needed, including some pantry items I forgot to pick up. Hurricane and the surrounding area has some of the most breathtaking scenery. One of our favorite parts of this property was the view from the porch. The mountains in the distance, when the sun hits them, is incredible. There’s a nice grocery store in town, Lin’s Market, that had great prices. We hate Walmart, but there’s one of those close by too. If you’re on the run and stop for gas, Maverick gas station has raspberry fritters that are to die for and their coffee was good too. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

The place was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the jacuzzi tub. The layout was a bit funky, but it totally worked for us. The host also had great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this apartment, I believe it was the best one I have stayed on my recent American trip. Brian was really kind and because of a lost luggage we got there quite late at night but he left the lights on and gave us good, precise directions. The apartment is in a quiet area, so nice to wake up with that mountain view and then it so well equipped, especially the kitchen!

Very comfortable stay

Great location for all of our hiking needs! Very comfortable bed, accommodations, and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer. It was just perfect for our needs. We will be back!

I'm also a fine artist (oil painting and drawing). Originally from Utah, but I've spent many years in California and China. I love traveling, the outdoors, and the arts (visual and performing). I love meeting people from all around the world. I even speak a little Chinese.

Esther: I am an RN specializing in cardiovascular and intensive care. I travel 70% of my time for work, but I'm always on the lookout for ways to create a better experience for our guests. I love the Southern Utah landscape... and I spend as much time as possible exploring this incredible place while I'm home.
