We fell in love with this property because of its location , privacy and wonderful outdoor spaces. Ten foot ceilings, heart pine floors, tung and groove ceilings beautiful lighting and two amazing porches both front and back and new studio. The location is awesome...directly off San Marco and easy access to everything.
The local train comes bye on the hour driving St Augustine guests to the Fountain of Youth and many more amazing sites. The home is extremely well appointed with top of the line furnishings and supplies. Local craftsmen made the enormous barn wood doors and platform beds with luxe lucid mattresses. We tried to make this cottage one of a kind.The outdoor spaces really sets it apart. The front porch will catch your eye and you will love your morning coffee or tea or a glass of wine at the close of your day to relax and enjoy the scenery. The back porch is very large with a seven ft teak dining table and chairs...completely covered.
There is another area directly off the deck for relaxing in the sun or just
Chilling with family and friends. The property if fully gated so extremely
private and spacious.

We have several other properties both south on Matanzas Beach and in town We definitely know how to spoil our guests and we take pride in our properties. We moved here from Laguna Beach eleven years ago and have enjoyed living, working and personally enjoying everything St Augustine has to offer.
