Whether you're looking to experience the rich history St. Augustine has to offer, or looking for a relaxing getaway, this 1930's cottage is conveniently located to explore everything that St. Augustine has to offer. Enjoy local shops, cafes, and breweries, along with historic downtown all within walking distance. Looking to spend the day on the water? Rent a boat at the nearby marina, head to the beach, pick up an excursion, or rent bikes and create your own adventure!

At night, relax and unwind under the lights in your private, fully fenced-in, backyard. Enjoy the firepit, grill, covered outdoor bar, and tv, along with a fully-equipped kitchen ready to host your next meal.

The Space:
This 2 bed / 2 bath newly remolded cottage blends original 1930's charm with modern day luxury. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, along with a full bathroom featuring a claw foot bath tub and shower.

The second floor features the master suite including a dedicated workspace, king bed, twin sized day bed, private bathroom, and balcony.

The cottage features central cooling and heating, free Wi-Fi access, washer/dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, an outdoor grill, private fenced-in backyard with driveway car parking, along with a covered outdoor lounge space (with a TV).

Great house close to downtown and not too far from beach

Property was very nice. Backyard very secluded and great back porch area to entertain or relax. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

Beautiful Home!

Perfect spot to enjoy St Augustine in a peaceful environment! My dogs loved it as well, plenty of room with all the amenities in a very tastefull and cozy house.

Great Time in St. Augustine

The property was very clean. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of seating inside and out, gated driveway was very nice! Very quiet neighborhood. Walkable to historic area. We all would highly recommend and willing stay there again!

Cozy retreat near Old Town St. Augustine

Cute, well-kept cottage convenient to historic Old Town and shopping. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, spacious living room. Quiet neighborhood, tree-lined streets, fenced back yard, nice back porch. Excellent nearby restaurants, beaches, and sight-seeing.

Really nice charming home.

Charming and Delightful

We were so pleased. We loved staying here. We were enchanted by the home, and found it charming, comfortable, and well situated. When we return to NJ we will be no longer be having much quality outdoor time, so we particularly enjoyed the back porch where we enjoyed much of our evenings.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in St. Augustine! It was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants. The fully fenced backyard was a highlight, providing a great space for our dog to enjoy while we grilled and sipped wine. We even had the pleasure of meeting the neighbor's cat, which added a fun touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely home

This home was lovely. It had everything that is needed, including pots and pans, basic kitchen seasonings, soap, towels, etc. A very nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything in old St Augustine.

The home is situated close to old St. Augustine. Easy access to beautiful beaches and shopping. The home has lovely features and design! The street is quiet and safe. Beautiful property, excellent location and was quiet and safe for watching TV on back porch in back yard. Might suggest lowering bar for hanging clothes on first floor closet. A safe would be useful. Overall a great place to stay.

House was great!

It was our first visit to St Augustine. The house was located close to downtown, walking there we did have to cross the 4 lane highway at the light. The house had great kitchen and awesome back porch, beds were very comfortable too. House was best one on street, some looked abandoned and some weren’t kept up. We were happy to have an oasis! The renovation on the house was well done, loved the style of decor.

A visit to St. Augustine

The house was very comfortable and cozy, the back porch a lovely place to relax and read. Two suggestions…better accommodations for hanging clothes on the second floor and better table lamps for reading near chairs and sofa.
