Location was nice. Close to ice cream and coffee shops. Short walk to downtown Saint Augustine shops and restaurants. Old Town Trolley stops nearby. Overall nice location and would stay again.

Great location in Uptown to walk into the historic section of St. Augustine. Parking is ok out back if you have a car, but it is tight for a larger vehicle such as a truck getting in and out. The bakery downstairs is lovely, and very handy for treats and coffee. Overall a great place, and check in is super easy, and host is very responsive. Would stay again!

The perfect home away

This place was beautiful and the pizza did lace next door was very good as well it’s very Centrally located we walked all over the beautiful town can’t wait to come back and stay again

Mother day weekend

Took my mom and my boys to St. Augustine for the weekend. Had a blast! This house is perfect! Great location. Can walk everywhere in the historic district. Close to great restaurants. I look forward to going back and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for what we needed. The cupcakes downstairs was awesome. The pizza place next door was great. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. I wish we could of stayed longer.

Great location and porch

Location was fantastic and easy to get to everything around town either by foot or by the trolley line. The balcony porch is fantastic and great for morning coffee or evening listening to the live music next door. We enjoyed it

Super Cute, well maintained and perfectly located

This place was amazing and well maintained. We woke up every morning to fresh cupcakes being baked downstairs. It is perfect walking distance to everything! Love it!

Very comfortable

We had a nice stay in this historic apartment. Great location and within walking distance of downtown historic St Augustine. During our two weeks there we used our car two or three times. Some great beaches a five minute drive away. Marty was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Location, Nice Amenities!

This vacation rental was great! The location was perfect and is well within walking distance to many of the sights and trolly tours. Pedi Cabs are available on certain days and helped out as well! The condo has updated furnishings and is very nice. Outside area is very clean and is great for pets. Lovely porch overlooking San Marcos Street.

Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful time here for my birthday. I love St Augustine and enjoyed sharing it with my family this year. The house is located in walking distance to all the attractions. Loved doing the walking ghost tour and the fountain of youth. Again all within easy walking distance. The house is very spacious and the front balcony is wonderful. Enjoyed sitting out listening to the live music next door.

Close to Everything

We had a great time. The property was great. The only thing we found annoying was the saw and construction at 11:30 pm next door at Borrillo’s pizza. It won’t on during the day and night after their sing alongs etc ended.

We are sorry about the construction however we could not verify this with any of our immediate neighbors.
