Sitting within walking distance of two pristine beaches and just a short drive to multiple famous ski resorts, there will be no lack of fun to be had mere minutes from your front door. Not to mention, you will want to take advantage of the shared pool to escape the summer heat and the shared hot tub to thaw frozen toes after a full day on the slopes

Inside, you will have everything you need to kick back and relax with loved ones, as the interior boasts a two-story layout perfect for entertaining. The lower level will be the hub for gathering with friends and family in the living room for a movie night, yet you can also host a special dinner by whipping up a favorite recipe in the full kitchen! Come summer, you can step out to the private patio and breathe in the fresh air. Plus, peace and quiet are easy to find with all three bedrooms located upstairs away from the rest of the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The grill is locked and is not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property is a great fit for our family of 8 and we truly enjoyed our stay. We just wanted to mention a few areas that could be improved for future guests. The ceiling fan in the upstairs right-side bedroom is not working, and the kitchen could use some upgrades as the pots, pans, and utensils are quite old and may need replacing.It would also be helpful if a few more kitchen essentials could be added, such as extra plates, serving bowls, and sharp knives for cooking. Fresh or newer kitchen linens would also make the space more convenient.Aside from these small improvements, the house served us well, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable family outing overall.

The condo was spacious and clean, except the floor needed mopping. (my feet got dirty the first day). It was well-supplied with blankets, pillows and towels. The pots and pans need to be re-evaluated for replacement. There was only one spoon in the entire kitchen! Good thing I wasn't feeding a group. The coffee pot needs replacing. It doesn't keep the coffee warm. The signage by the front door is confusing..."don't forget the keys". This is misleading because you're only using the Schlage mechanism. The lockbox is only a back up. No keys involved. This should be clarified in the check in email. The card to use the hot tub was not located until our last day. The management repeatedly said it was by the front door. It wasn't. It was hidden behind the ignition instructions for the non-working stove across the room, so we never got to use the hot tub. They brought a replacement card our last day there. I had to ask about it every day and that is not how a vacation should be.We only used the mstr bedrm. and it was a comfortable bed. The master shower was not adjustable to allow for entry without soaking the floor, so we used the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom needs to have the shower curtain replaced. It will not slide over the bar without the hooks coming off. Cheap and flimsy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay., minus the inconveniences mentioned. I grew up a few blocks away, so I knew the location was good. Would go back if the items noted were taken care of.

This home is "okay" at best. Pros - quiet complex, with a nice pool and hot tub area. Great location very close to some public beaches and just minutes away from town. The property was clean. Cons - this property is in need up some maintenance and updating. The kitchen was the most disappointing as we like to cook. A hodgepodge of old and in some cases dirty/stained kitchen items. Leaky sink which was reported and followed up on during our stay. The garbage disposal was not working on our check out day.

Very clean and in a great location. Could use a little touch up paint here and there but that didn’t affect the quality of our stay. One towel per person and one wash cloth for 4 people wasn’t enough but overall a really nice place to stay.

Not Terrible Condo

This place has all the amenities you need, but they are somewhat mediocre. Our group of 6 spent a week there while skiing and it served us adequately, but like many rental properties, it could use a good deep cleaning and some TLC. You could probably do better at this price point.

It's a good place but not if you are planning to cook

PROS: upstairs remodeled, gas cooktop, washer/dryer, hot water was hot & didn't run out. The complex has a pool / hot tub. VACASA beach towels provided. Liked the 3 bedroom setup. CONS: Walking distance to the beach is 0.6 miles. Walking back is uphill, difficult for strollers, elderly or knee injuries. As with most VRBO, the pictures make it look nicer than it is. The real issue was the uncleanliness and lack of working supplies in the kitchen. The drawers are jumbled messes of kitchen items, many which are broken. There isn't a single set of matching glasses. The pots, pans and bowls are all shoved into a cupboard. I had to dig through both shelves to find ONE pan that was safe to cook on. Most of them have flaking teflon or cast iron rust. There was sugar spilled in the cupboard from an open box of sugar. The kitchen looks nice in the pictures so we booked it, b/c we like to cook meals. But we ended up eating out more than we planned due to the state of the kitchen. There were no hot pads which is a safety thing. And the grill has a lock on it and must not be available for guests to use. Other issues: We took a book off a shelf and the entire shelf broke. Gas fireplace broken. Mothball smell in downstairs. A pair of underwear found in the corner of the closet definitely made it feel not clean. Has plastic netting tied to both sides of the stairs. I sent pictures of all these issues. If issues are addressed, this could go back to being a nice place to stay.

Fabulous stay in Tahoe City

We had an excellent stay in Tahoe City! House was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also walking distance from the lake and had access to the community hot tub (even in the winter!). House is in close proximity to shops and restaurants in Tahoe City, and was a short drive away to ski resorts. Highly recommend!
