Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature on the outdoor patio or deck. This property has everything you need and is only 15 min from downtown Lawrence.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It's a sprawling ranch with a basement. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and comfy spaces for them to be together too. We stayed in the winter and hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the gorgeous wooded grounds in better weather! Highly recommend!

The perfect house for our family Christmas celebration. The decorations, the setting, the views out the windows, the sunset view, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had 11 staying there and 5 more locals joining the celebration. Had plenty of room for everyone.

This home was an excellent place for two families attending a wedding. The home was very clean and had fruit, granola bars, and a wide variety of coffee flavors for breakfast. We enjoyed the private back patio also.

We had all the siblings and spouses in for the weekend and the Kansas Basketball game. The second year we stayed here. A great place!! Highly recommend!!!

35th Annual End of the School Year Trip

Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Annual college friends Memorial Weekend

The house is fabulous! Not a detail missed (and I’m not exaggerating) ! Brian is a great guy. Ashley was out of town but wanted to tell her how impressed we were with her decorating! We stay in VRBO’s several times a year and this one takes top spot now! We had 7 adults and there was tons of space for us. If we go back to Lawrence we’ll definitely stay here again!

Everything down to the last detail was well thought out and the property was beautiful. Very cozy and a perfect little getaway without being to far from being able to run to the store if anything was forgotten.

Best stay ever!

Our hosts thought of absolutely everything. The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and wine, and was the perfect spot for our multi-generation family trip! Great location close to Lawrence and KU campus.

Ashley and Brian are wonderful hosts. The setting is peaceful and relaxing with both great indoor and outdoor spaces. Being in the woods yet in close proximity to Lawrence is a bonus!

Wonderful family home near Lawrence

Our family loved our stay over Christmas break. The home was extremely clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We were just a short drive from Lawrence which was great for visiting family. We really liked all the little touches our hosts did to make the home welcoming!

I'm from the city and he's a country guy so this location gave us the best of both worlds. We can enjoy the sounds of nature and have comfort and peace that our two little girls can play outside safely and still be only 10 minutes outside of town. We are the owners of ProCore Renovations, LLC. and we specialize in home renovations. We took pride in this renovation and you can see the passion and professionalism we put into this beautiful home. We are located right next door to the property so we can be available for any immediate needs.
