Beautiful 3 story townhome 5 minutes from town and Payette Lake!

Spacious 3 story townhome END UNIT, built May 2020 with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The home has 2 comfy queen beds and 1 comfy king bed. Living area is on the 2nd floor overlooking the green space. Biking, walking trails are nearby as is the golf course and airport. Quaint McCall proper is just 1.5-2.0 miles away as are the grocery stores. Ice skating, breweries, restaurants, shops and of course, Payette Lake. Ponderosa State Park is 3-4 miles away and Brundage Ski resort is a 15 minute easy drive and Tamarack Ski resort a 30 minute drive. So much to do in this area winter or summer! Lots of resources are provided inside the Townhome for things to do and places to go.

My husband and I currently live in a small town in Northern California that was impacted by the Dixie Fire this year. The area is very similar to McCall with AWESOME fishing, more snow, and well, we used to have a beautiful forest. :( But hey, we still catch 4-8 pound trout on the lake! ;)

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We purchased this property as a foot-in-the-door to make the transition to Idaho. The location is ideal in our opinion because we love McCall and it is close to Brundage Mountain and Tamarack Resort. 2 lakes for fishing and water sports (Payette & Cascade) and lots of hiking, biking, snowmobiling, kayaking opportunities abound. The townhome is new and clean and ideally located off the main beat but not far from it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unique benefits to our location is that we are only about 2 miles from the grocery stores and McCall proper with biking/walking trails that get you to the main part of town, the park, and the lake in short order. My place overlooks the green space and is an end unit allowing more light into the unit, more ventilation for the summer and only one shared wall on one side. Future plans of the development are to put in a commercial space that will have a coffee shop, burger shop and movie theater just around the corner from my unit.
