Your dream vacation awaits at LICENSE TO CHILL 30A, a gorgeous 4-bed, 4.5 bath home located in coveted Magnolia Cottages by the Sea-Creek Park on East End of 30A. Ideal for 10 guests, this beachy escape offers everything and anything you could possibly need – or want - for a memorable vacation!

This isn’t your typical vacation home in Magnolia Cottages! LICENSE TO CHILL 30A boasts an abundance of amenities that sets this home aside from others. This showcase property offers upgraded lighting, panoramic glass doors, outdoor showers, wine fridge, additional ice maker, beach towels, emergency generator, and for the eco-friendly, a level 2 EV charger (free for guest use).

Take your culinary experience to the next level with an array of upscale small kitchen appliances, not commonly found in a rental home. LICENSE TO CHILL 30A also offers the versatile Big Green Egg (charcoal/cooking tools included) AND a Gas Grill. Elevate your dining experience with upscale dinnerware, barware, a full spice rack, olive oil, coffee pods & filters and select paper goods – all at your disposal.

For added convenience and entertainment, you will find a 6 – seater golf cart which makes getting your companions and their gear to the beach access effortless. Explore the surroundings with 4 NEW complimentary bikes, provided exclusively for your use. Take a leisurely ride on the Timpochee Trail to discover the many boutiques and eateries in Rosemary, Alys or live entertainment at The Big Chill. LICENSE TO CHILL 30A invites you to experience a vacation beyond the ordinary, where luxury and convenience seamlessly merge for an unforgettable stay.

TRANSPORTATION
* 6-person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate) for use ONLY in neighborhood - not allowed on 30A.
* Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 are included with this rental.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
* Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
* Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)
* Community green space (located at pool).

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
* There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
* In order to sit at the Magnolia access, you would need to rent a "set" from a local chair vendor (2 chair & umbrella).
* There is a public beach access, Seabreeze Public Access located approximately 500ft west (near Mistral Condos) of Magnolia Cottages gate. This beach access has a shower but no parking. Golf cart parking is located at entrance of Magnolia Cottages

* PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1st Floor with a king bed, TV, private bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower

* QUEEN BEDROOM: 2nd Floor with a queen bed, TV, private bath with walk in shower

License to Chill 30A provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 5 extra liners for the kitchen trash.
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper and trash can liner. Additionally, laundry pods are provided for LG wash tower.

This home does have external surveillance devices.

The PERFECT VACATION

"I Could Not Ask For More"

We had an excellent stay at License to Chill. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, toys, and a golf cart for easy transportation. We didn’t need to bring a single thing from home; even a bike pump was provided! The gas grill and Green Egg were excellent and made outdoor cooking a highlight of our stay. The detailed directions and clearly labeled items made everything simple and stress-free. Communication with the owner was outstanding - prompt, helpful, and attentive. We would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

The Best Vacation

This home and property are absolutely beautiful! We vacationed here with friends, and it was perfect for our group of eight. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the ice machine was a huge plus for packing coolers for the beach. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the Big Chill so easy, and the kids adored their cozy bunk room.We had the best vacation here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

Grateful we found this special place!

Beautiful beach cottage to relax and spend time with family. We have been coming to this house for the past 4 years, and it truly has become a tradition that we all look forward to. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet cozy enough to enjoy time together for coffee, cocktalis, meals and games! The home is always clean, well stocked and the owners are super responsive to any needs that arise. The location could not be better; close to the beach thanks to the golf cart, but also convenient to the pool and close enough for day trips, shopping and activities. It feels like a home away from home. The grandchildren love it. We are thrilled that we are making memories here year after year. Can't recommend it enough and already looking forward to next summer!

Awesome Retreat!

Loved staying at LTC! We had a large group & we had room for us all to hang out together or spread out, plenty of beach toys, & the golf cart was so helpful. Close to the pool, quiet neighborhood, & a good location. We’ll definitely be back! Thank y’all for an awesome place to stay!!

The house was perfect for our growing adult family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. The house is in pristine condition. The bikes and golf cart were great to have! The house had supplies to get you started if you weren't able to get to store right away. The beach is a short golf cart ride away and the pool is a very short walk. The host were quick to respond when I had questions. We can't wait to go back. Loved everything about it 💙

Great place

We had a great time at License to Chill. From the decor to the well equipped kitchen to the excellent location - it was everything we wanted. Great beach house

Beautiful house in a quiet community that allowed for a fun family get together. The house is located a 2 minute walk from the community pool and 5 minute golf cart ride from the private access to the pristine beach. The house was equipped to accommodate cooking and was spaced out well to allow for kids to go to bed while adults could stay without bothering them.

I can not say enough good things about this property and the owners! The property was very spacious and equipped with all the essentials and more you need for a comfortable beach stay! Golf cart, Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, grill, plenty of kitchen storage, complete with great pantry so items were not stored on counters, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods if needed, plenty of cookware and utensils. I mean the list goes on.. Not toMention it was only a few steps away from the pool! It is a fantastic place to stay. I have to mention that the communication between Karen and her husband was excellent. If we had any questions the response time was unbelievably quick.Would definitely rent here again!

Short walk to the beach. Quiet area with great public spaces (grass play area and pool). House was well appointed with extra provisioning which led us to believe that adults rented it and adults owned it. Very kid friendly. Walk to the Hub. Staff walked us through everything super clearly. Loved it. Did I say that we loved it?

Great House, Perfect for Families

House was in great shape when we got there. Had one shower drain that was clogged a little, but they got right out and cleaned it out. Bunk room is very nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Kids are all 3.5 and younger and the house worked perfectly for them. The golf cart is a must have! Outdoor shower is great for cleaning off after the beach. Very close to the pool, easy walk even with small kids. Pool is great for young kids with the gentle sloped entry. Would stay at this house again without hesitation. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. Grill is very nice and easy to use. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.

Family Vacay

There were 10 of us, our two grown children and their collective 4 kids. We had ample space. Loved the bunk beds for the 4 of them. Each couple plus the kids had their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area was open which was great for cooking but being with the group. We have stayed at any number of vrbo's--this was the best appointed we have encountered. Everything you could need was there and it was quality. The house was exceptionally clean and lovely. The community pool is only a few steps away--great pool. The beach is a short golf cart or bike ride to the end of the subdivision. With 10, it was great to have the golf cart for the kids. We definitely would highly recommend this vrbo. It was a great location to other locations we wanted to check out.

Family Reunion

We loved staying at Licensed to Chill! It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and well appointed with all amenities and items you might need. The house is very close to the pool which is convenient. The beach access across the street is not ideal and you must navigate several flights of stairs to get to the beach which is cumbersome with chairs, coolers and kids in tow. The beach is beautiful with soft, sugar-sand, so it’s worth the effort; however; a few older folks in our group were unable to handle the stairs. We spent lots of time at the pool which is great for the kids and just hanging out at the house with our family. We had trouble getting the lock opened for the grill storage but the property manager responded very promptly. I would highly recommend Licensed to chill!

A nice 30A find

The property was in a great neighborhood, close to the pool, and nicely furnished. It was stocked with all the essentials and lots of spices which was nice for cooking. The Green Egg was a great bonus and definitely got used. There were two bottles of wine provided as a welcome gift which was much appreciated! The golf cart was so nice to have to load all the beach supplies. We used one of the public beach access points which was very close to the front of the neighborhood but did have several sets of steep stairs to get to the beach. Something to note for anyone who has little kids or trouble walking. Beach chairs, beach toys and towels were provided so need to bring these. The ice machine was a favorite!
