1 Bedroom Ocean Front

Direct oceanfront condo! Recently added tile floors.

We have a one bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a full kitchen and living room space as well as a private balcony with an amazing view of the ocean.
We are nestled between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach in the Arcadian Shores area and close to many Myrtle Beach attractions including: Barefoot Landing, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlets, etc.

The Unit:
The condo sleeps a max of four. Two full beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Offers two TV’s with cable and free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Table for eating seats 2 plus the breakfast bar that seats 2 and a seating area on the balcony which also seats 2. The full bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels. Please note there is not daily towel service or housekeeping.

The Resort:
The Sea Watch resort has an oceanfront restaurant, lounge, and tiki bar which is really convenient when all you want to do is spend time on the beach! There are also outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, and hottubs to enjoy. Additionally, there is an exercising facility, arcade with games, guest laundry service, coffee and ice cream shop, and mini market on site and available to guests.

Parking:

Is available free of charge and located in a covered garage on-site.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed everything, except that the lock code didn't work at check-in. I would recommend renters get the host's cell phone number before arrival in case there were any check-in issues. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was perfect for a beach vacation. A ton of pools and other amenities on the property along with beach access for free. I highly recommend this room for anyone looking to stay in Myrtle!

Small space, nice view

The space was tight for a family of 4 with teenage kids. Tough to go a whole week without laundry with hot and humid weather, but nice to have a full kitchen. The portable fan saved us at night (heat wave was going on during our stay) and the beach umbrella/chairs were useful. The view was great and resort amenities were the best in the area. The host was very friendly & responsive.

That view!

The view in the pictures doesn't do the actual view justice. Spent half of the time on the balcony looking at the ocean. Water in every direction! Unit is small but was perfect size for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for the 3 nights we were there. Host was very friendly and responsive to a small issue we had, and we will definitely book this unit again if we go back to that area.

40th Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in this unit. The view was Wonderful but there was an odor in there. We brought fragrance jars to mask the odor. The garbage disposal did not work and we washed the dishes ourselves because there was standing water in the dishwasher. On the last day the water began to seep onto the floor and we used towels to remove the water from the dishwasher and the floor. We're not sure but maybe this was the reason for the odor. The unit was true to it's picture and well stocked. The property was well maintained and the people were very nice.

Nice resort and location

Stayed with my husband and son; enough room for the 3 of us (more than that would be tight). Great view from the balcony and loved the amenities at the resort!

Nice stay overall, but under stocked

I enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean and view is amazing. My issue is the room is supposed to sleep up to 5 people. However, there was only 2 total rolls of toilet paper, no storage space, and 3 towels that was supposed to last the whole week. It just seems incredibly expensive to not have to worry about going to the store to buy towels and toilet paper. The owner was very responsive and had towels sent up the next day.

Beautiful!!!

My wife and I spent our 20 year anniversary in this beautiful condo on the ocean. Small, very homey, well kept and maintained, with a million dollar view. Wonderful stay!

Comfortable beach front location

This condo was a perfect location. The sunrises over the ocean were a beautiful beginning to each day. The beds were comfortable, and the property provided exactly what we wanted. Jen was a quick and accommodating communicator.

Location location location

The condo was clean and perfect for a couple or two friends as it is small but has everything you would need. The view excellent and close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were wonderful to work with.
