Cute & Cozy

Perfect location! Cute and cozy spot. Parking was the only downside with all the turns to get to the location but it was ok because we parked and didn’t use our vehicle again.

Excellent Studio and Location

Well appointed, very clean, and nicely decorated studio, and the hosts have a great check-in process. Great location, only a few minutes walk from major attractions in Brickell. Note that parking is included. While we did not take advantage of this, this is a great deal, given the cost of parking in Miami. Would stay here again!

Brickell getaway

Unit is efficiently designed and balcony adds to the space. Bustling city area well located for a quick drive to beaches and restaurants. High rise building among other high rises. 12th floor designated parking space has a lot of turns but is part of the rental fee. Just takes time getting in and out.

Good Short Stay!

I got the impression (from the pictures) that the apartment was bigger than it turned out to be. It is essentially the size of a small hotel room but with a small sink and a refrigerator. It has a bed and a pullout sofa. The room was clean and stocked with the basics (linens toiletries, etc) it would be nice to have a mattress topper for the pullout as it was a little uncomfortable and some extra covers! Parking iwas included but you have to park in the 12th floor, so plan to take a bit to get out of the building which is in a great location! The host was responsive and overall a good short stay before our family cruise!

Don’t recommend it

The unit was as described but could definitely use upgrades and fixes. Bathroom was in poor condition and moldy.The building was extremely loud and busy, most elevators were out of service and took over 15 minutes to arrive, and there were multiple issues in the building that had to be escalated to security. A woman peed and passed out in front of unit on one occasion.
