Amazing Penthouse condo on the 42nd floor with amazing views in a full amenities building at the best location in Miami: 2 Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Game room with pool table, Huge Gym with advanced equipment, and so much more.
The condo has 1 King size bed in the 1st bedroom and 2 Queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom, along with a Sofa in the living room that opens to another bed that sleeps 2 more, and 1 twin-size mattress. 2 Full Bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, stores, clubs and more.
Important: Guests need to provide a copy of their picture ID upon completion of reservation.

My honest review.. Host was GREAT, room LOOKED pretty clean but I could tell it wasn’t cleaned very well.. (my new white socks were black by the end of the first day just walking around in there) surfaces in kitchen were sticky, beds were clean & very comfortable, we only got in the hot tub once due to how dirty it was (lots of hair & film caked on the sides of hot tub) the trash chute was locked on our floor so we were unable to dispose of our trash before we left. All in all, beautiful place, beautiful view & thankful they allowed us to stay for our girls trip!

Our stay was nice. Our initial impression wasn’t the best, but we got used to it and the unit fit our needs. The notable advantages included very comfortable beds, a clean unit, and complimentary parking. We utilized the kitchen for light meals and appreciated the convenience of laundry within the unit. However, the absence of dressers in the bedrooms was a significant drawback, resulting in clutter due to the lack of storage space for clothing. Only one room had a closet where some clothes could be hung, but it was insufficient for all our belongings. I strongly recommend that the owners consider adding bureaus to each bedroom. The deck offered a partial ocean view and city, and despite my fear of heights, I grew accustomed to it and enjoyed having coffee there. The location was exceptional, with numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The unit had a partial ocean view and a city view, and the beach was a 10-minute drive away. The pool facilities were pleasant, one was a heated pool and one was a cooler pool. Both were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order and appeared dirty, with a visible ring on the walls, so we did not use it.

I welcome you to Miami with a big smile:) Like many tourists before that stayed at my apartments and vacation homes and were very happy. I can promise that you will find plenty of clean towels and linen, a coffee maker and a Keurig espresso machine, and tidy and organized homes, that are sure to give you a feeling of "Home away from home". I will try to give you tips for the nicest places to visit in the area, the best parks and beaches, restaurants and attractions. I'm always happy to meet new interesting people from around the world :)
I live in one of the most beautiful cities in Florida: Brickell in Miami is "Manhattan of the south" with its great restaurants and nightlife, Brickell city center, amazing parks, and truly a nature lovers paradise. By meeting tourists from all over the world I get to assist with travel plans, recommend the best places to tour, best cafes around, etc... I am fluent in English, can understand and speak some Spanish and some Russian and French. My property manager speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English:)
