The neighborhood: 50 biscayne condo is a luxury condo located on 50 biscayne blvd, in downtown miami with incredible views of biscayne bay.

The best location in miami is just one block from the american airlines arena, home of the miami heat and premier events, and just across the street from: bayside marketplace, bayfront park, brickell and miami marina.

Walking distance to the port to take cruises. As well 5 minutes taxi, or free transportation with the trolley running every 15 minutes across the street.

Beautiful lobby with front desk personnel, security guards... You will feel you are in a luxury hotel! The smell, the beauty, the luxury...

The building features a full-service pool with cabanas and hot tub, kitchen, luxury spa, fully-equipped gym, and amazing location close to tons of great restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, public transportation and parking.

Getting around: walking distance everywhere! Forget the car if you want! Bayfront park, bayside, american airlines arena, brickel, midtown... Everything in less than 4 minutes walking!

You also have the free great service of the trolley and the metro.

The metro take you to midtown, everywhere in downtown and brickell. Running every 2 minutes for free, wifi and a/c!

Also the free, beautiful and historical trolley can take you to the port for the cruises, midtown, brickell and coral gables.

Just cross the street there are 4 buses (you are going to wait less than 3 minutes) to go to south beach in 15 minutes for just two dollars!

Uber is less than 10 dollars to south beach.
A taxi will cost you less than $20 for south beach.

In the very middle location of miami: south beach, brickell, coconut groove, coral gables, the airport, midtown, key biscayne... Everything 10 minutes by car!

Other things to note

parking available. There is a valet parking, is $20 a day for stays of 3 days or more and you can come in and go out as many times as you want! They have the car ready when you want to leave with the ac and the music on! Feel like a vip! And when you arrive you just give them the car and you do not have to worry about parking!

Alternatively there is public parking space on the street.

Young and vibrant part of downtown miami. Many restaurants and eateries within a 3 block radius. American airlines arena and bayside market place within a 5 minute walk. Many bars and night clubs within walking distance.

Walgreens and 7-11 across the street from the apartment.

house rules
i am very clean and tidy. Very respectful with my guests. I spend a couple of hours every time before the check in to leave the apartment in perfect conditions. You will find it super clean and tidy.

Damage security deposit
i understand some things might go wrong and damages can happen. Please understand that it is the policy to have a security deposit so it can be assessed any damage and charge them accordingly in the event that this happens. Charges will be assessed and executed within the next 48 hours after your check-out.

Just respect the apartment as it if were yours and leave it as you found it.

If your shoes are wet, please take them off before getting on the property and let them dry on the terrace.

No pets are allowed.
