Two minutes walking to slopes! Bring your family and friends to this cute vacation home and enjoy its modern interior and prime location right next to the Snow Summit Ski Resort. Never need to worry about parking spots. You will find yourself right at the base of the slopes next to the lifts, a block away from restaurants, shops and gas station. A few blocks to the big bear lake. It is an ideal place for skiing in winter, or mountain biking and hiking in the summer. It's just minutes to the main town, where you can enjoy Big Bear's many shops, restaurants, and activities.
This vacation town home offers an open concept kitchen( full load of cooking wares and tools) with new marble counter top and beautiful cabinets, fireplace in living room. Living room is furnished with couches( one can be a pull out bed), dinning table sets at dinning area, a flat screen TV. WiFi is provided for your entertainment.
The master bedroom with an en-suite master bathroom which is brand new remodeled, it has a wall-mounted flat TV. The 2nd bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The main bathroom is also brand new remodeled.

Adorable mountain cabin with 1-2 min walking distance to ski summit! Amazing location. Close to restaurants as well. Everything was ready and clean and the kitchen well stocked. Excellent communication with the owner. Recommended!

Host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Responded promptly. Check-in was smooth. Place was well equipped and extremely well located next to slopes. There is a need for small walk to slopes but is almost like walking from parking lot. One of the guest BR door does not lock and host assured it will be taken care of. Overall excellent stay

Perfect location for a snowy stay in Big Bear.

Avoiding Snow Summit Parking lot is a must. This location is so close to the resort, it was easier and tastier to walk home for a quick lunch and skip the expensive long food lines at the hill. We loved our stay at this comfortable condo.

Excellent property. Only drawback is that the walls are a little thin and the sound travels easily between the adjacent units. However, it’s a great place and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Favorite place so far in Big Bear!

This place is a gem - the property owner was so considerate and responsive. The location is unreal, literally 2 blocks from Snow Summit. The inside of the property was ridiculously comfortable - great kitchen with all of the amenities, beds super comfortable. The master bedroom shower is amazing and overall the heating was well controlled throughout the house. This place is so nice and convenient, we booked this place again!

Great Location

Loved this unit. The location was perfect with a few minute walk to snow summit. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in process was simple. The communication from the property owner was great. She even messaged me during the stay just to check in and make sure we weren’t in need of anything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Big Bear August 2023

Overall a very nice location and nice condo. Great feel of being in the forest and nice and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions. Was bummed that the clothes washer was broken with a sign on it not to use it as I was planning to do laundry during my week long stay. Couple other things need fixing including a leaky fridge (leaks condensation) and shower door.

Big Bear Condo

The property was older but clean and nicely decorated. The new master bath was very nice. There were issues with the keyless entry system and it took multiple tries to access the property. The unit did not have AC and it was in the mid 80s. It was difficult to cool the unit down. The outdoor spaces needed some cleaning. The information from the host came in a format that we were unable to access, and we had to request the information in a different format each time.

Long weekend getaway

I thought the property had 3 bedrooms based on the listing. It only has 2. Couldn’t get tv in smaller bedroom but that’s ok. We didn’t go to Big Bear to watch tv. We were there a bit earlier and wanted to see if we can check in an hour early. Rae was very accommodating. Later found out about a leak in the refrigerator. Rae is not local but did her best to get an appliance service contractor. Minor inconvenience, The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of clean towels and beddings. The surrounding area was woodsie. Overall had a good stay.

We did mentioned the 3rd bed is a Sofa bed in living room so that guests will know there is a 3rd bed place besides the 2 bedrooms. Again, thanks for staying with us.

Hiking Getaway

This property is the perfect location if you are heading to Big Bear for mountain activities. Situated right next to Snow Summit Resort and about a mile from the Village. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this unit and look forward to renting again.

Big Bear Spartan Weekend

Fantastic location to Snow Summit! A short walk, maybe two minutes, and we were there ready to race. The key master would not let anyone in our group check in except for the person who booked, in this case me. I tried calling, as we were a couple of hours away still, and that did work. So called property manager, still no luck. Just make sure to inform everyone that the person booking has to initially check in. The place wasn’t very clean, food and dirt on the floors. And make sure you are ready for an early check out the day you will be leaving, 10 a.m. checkout means 10 a.m.

Hi Nicolas, Thanks for staying with us and spending time to give us the review. I spoke with my manager and it is impossible that the unit is left dirty with food and dirt for you. It may be because that we allowed your friends to check-in first per your request and someone left the food and dirt in the unit before you arriving. Customer's satisfaction is always our goal. We tried to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You originally booked for 2 nights for your Spartan Race and later you changed to 1 night because your trip plan changed. Even we have 2-nigh minimum request, we agreed to make it convenient for you, then you requested to stay till 2 pm to check out, which we can not work it out because we have another guest who was checking in at 4 pm on that day. My management requires certain time frame to make the unit ready for next guest, or clean unit is not guaranteed which is not fair for the next guest. I am sorry that we tried to full fill all your request but except the 2 pm check-out. Also our check out time is 11am not 10 am and you checked out at 11 am not 10 am.

Wonderful stay

We decided on a last minute trip to Big Bear and we were so lucky to find this property. The location is amazing. We walked just a short distance to Snow Summit. It was so nice not having to deal with parking. The unit was very cozy and we had such a good time. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Big Bear Weekend Getaway

Overall stay was very good, Location right next To Snow Summit ski area which made it easy to get off the mountain and right to the property. Easy access to shopping and dinning. Very clean and plenty of space. A few issues that came about, Wi-Fi did not work. Some utilities were not working upon arrival, had to flip breaker to turn on. Suggestion would be to have a sheet that lists all things to check to ensure these items are working. There was some sort of miscommunication between listing agent and property management and almost were not given our keys at check in. Overall, still a very good experience and could have been excellent with a few adjustments before check in.

I will discuss with my manager to see if we can make check-in process more easier, but it is required by the Big Bear Lake New Vacation Rental Ordinance - adopted 8/16/2021 that All guest check-ins must be performed in person by the owner or the owner’s agent.
