Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space WITH THE ENTIRE HOME TO YOURSELF. With a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, it's the perfect way to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Centrally located to Denver, 1.5 hours to local ski resorts, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, and located near many wonderful restaurants.

During your stay you will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes and coffee pot. Relax in our cozy living room with a 50 inch tv and a sofa-bed. Attached to the living room is a walk out balcony with mountain views and a table with chairs. The master bedroom includes a king bed and connecting bathroom and closet. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and closet. Wifi is included and there are two bathrooms and laundry in unit. **Fireplace does not work.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7AM
- Check in time is strictly enforced unless prior arrangements have been made because we do not want to disturb other guests.

- Guests must be those listed on the Vrbo reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the property. Please do not book for another person.
- No parties or events
- No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense.
- Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street.
- Please no eating in the bedrooms.
- If you are staying Thursday night please, take the trash to the curb.
- Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in.
- $1,000 Fee for smoking
- $35 per person for everyone over the guest maximum of 6
- $1,000 Fee for noise complaints
- $750 pet fee for cleaning

Great Location

The townhome is in a convenient location, close to many shops and easy to hit the freeway to get to Denver. It's a rental with inexpensive furnishings and amenities, but it was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Overall a good stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

Th property was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. Conveniently located to all we wanted to do. The place was clean and comfortable and check-in and check-out was easy. The host Taylor responded quickly to any questions I had. We will stay again on our next trip to Thornton.

We were visiting relatives in Boulder and this home worked well for us. Didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but it was clean, things worked and everything was simple and easy.

Denver trip

Not a bad place good location. Who ever is cleaning needs to be better at there job. The coffee pot was not washed,fridge needed a little tending to along with the water filtered pitcher in the fridge.The sinks in the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better.One last complaint the couches needed to be vaccumed.

very nice townhome

Our stay was wonderful. The townhome is very clean and well maintained. It is close to I-25 which made all of our adventure travel easy, and easy access to downtown Denver. The host Taylor is very attentive. We'll stay again.
