Enjoy the fabulous character of this historic 1940's home, that we lovingly call "The Shipwreck", which sits on 1.3 acres with 3 other VRBO's in the center of Largo, walking distance to parks. The Shipwreck features a nautical theme with an original fireplace, ship's wheel chandelier, cedar plank ceilings and walls, brand new kitchen, updated bathroom, screened front porch w/ Intex inflatable hot tub and patio seating. The Shipwreck is attached on one side to a 1/1 VRBO, "The Seahorse", book both for larger families!
Please note that this home is attached on one side to a 1BR/1Bath VRBO and a community laundry room. We have taken steps to sound proof for this, but due to the age and era of construction, sounds may carry.
Guests have 2 designated parking spots ("B") in the circular driveway with a stepping stone pathway that leads to their entrance. This unique property sits on 1.3 acres of land with a community fire pit. There's plenty of space to let the kids & pets play as well as being able to walk to a Rec Center w an aquatic fun zone for the kids. Our beautiful beaches such as Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away!
