Villa was well stocked with cooking items, plates, silverware and food storage containers . Layout of Villa works out well for two families. We have small children & had to childproof the beautiful items decorated around the unit. Location is great for pool access and in general getting around Sunset Beach, Calabash & Ocean Isle. The owner quickly responds to questions.

Great condo on the golf course

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The layout was perfect. My daughter and her friend had their own mini suite. The condo had everything we needed. The location was a short drive to the beach and the resort was great for long bike rides.

Sea Trail Ground Floor Unit

This property was perfect for our family with the adjoining mini suite for our two teenagers. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, extremely clean and nicely decorated condo just minutes from the beach and great restaurants, this is the one for you. It really feels like a home away from home! Access is simple, and the pool is steps away. Communication from the owner was above and beyond - clear and timely. We loved every minute and will definitely return!

Terrific getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated how well stocked everything was. If my husband's family has another golf outing next year, we would be thrilled if we can stay again in your unit, if it is available. No dates have been talked about just yet. Thanks for your kind words about how we left the condo. I always treat people and property the way I would want to be treated. You have a lovely place.
