Pack your golf clubs - this two-bedroom Sea Trail condo is waiting to welcome you for a carefree golf-and-sea retreat on the North Carolina Coast. Nestled between the Intracoastal and Calabash River, this laid-back resort community boasts three signature golf courses, plus a great location for exploring a host of top-notch tracks off-property. Sunset Beach is just a short drive from the condo.

Bright and updated, the condo comes appointed with all the comforts of home. The full kitchen showcases gorgeous counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances to make at-home meal planning a breeze and a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. In the evenings, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or head off to bed - both bedrooms are equipped with TVs for flexible entertainment options. We’ve stayed at multiple units at Sea Trail in the Royal Poste development and this was by far the cleanest and most well-appointed unit we have rented. We will look to rent again in the future.

Quiet Beach Getaway

This condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The location is just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The unit was very clean and up to date. Loved the decor!

Fantabulous

This two bedroom, two bath gem was simply amazing. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, washer and dryer access, tons of towels, and top of the line bedding to name a few. Spectacularly cleaned and maintained. The sitting area of the golf course was serene. The pool and restaurant right across was convenient as well as the outside parking.

Beautiful, well-stocked, and immaculate!

We loved the convenience of two bedrooms, and every room having its own tv was a plus. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the small touches of being given some starter washing pods for the washer, dishwasher pods, paper towels. Very thoughtful. The unit is immaculate! We had a wonderful time.

property was upgraded very nicely. Appliances were state of the art. Pool was an additional charge which we did not like. $20 a day we think that they should have guest passes. Other than that everything was amazing!

Perfect week away

The property was well located and the unit was ideally situated next to the activity center. The unit was spacious and pretty well equipped …. Would have liked to have the basics like oil olive, salt and pepper and a non stick pan but other than that we love it. The dryer meant we didn’t have wet towels hanging about in the bathroom and the living room was comfortable with nice quality furnishings. The tv was a little tricky but in the end we found the solutions we needed. We would love to return on on our next visit to NC. Highly recommended.

Great stay but communication needs "tweaking"

Check out instructions posted on the frig of the condo were not consistent with instructions provided by Vacasa’s communication. Owner/Rental agency needs to reviewTV - Who ever stayed in the condo previously, did not sign out of their Netflix before departing. There should be communication in the condo as a reminder to check out of your social media apps before departing. “Chandler” was the name Netflix was signed into upon arriving at the condo.Pool - There was communication that the VAC facility was closed and that usage was not part of the fee for the condo. Vacasa communication stated that a weekly pass could be purchased for what we assumed were other pool areas on the property. That is not the case. I do recommend communicating with the owner that the property will not allow usage of any pools for future reservations if not booked with the property. This will be an issue for families with children. Items that need repair - Door stopper as you enter the condo and the light switch of the lamp on the right side of the guest bedroom. The cleaning representatives should have noticed these items before our arrival if a checklist is followed Frig - Instructions in the condo stated to set the dial to Medium setting. Its a new refrigerator with no dials. Again, revisit the instructions posted in the condoThings to consider - makeup removal cloth, night light in bathrooms, small chair in master, local info placed in condo
