The host was super fast with responses and the price was right for a long-term stay. My daughter used it as a home base when she started work at Busch Gardens until she settled more into the area. Very convenient for that.

The property met our needs. We're out a lot; kept snacks there. Ate out nearby. Shower nice!Able to use TV and wifi. Communication with host was easy.

Qiuck getaway Trip

The property is great. Property fully stock with toiletries . we heard the neighbors going in and out, but overall the experience were good.

I can't even imagine where to begin. The home from the outside is filthy, cars covering the driveway, nothing like in the pictures. pictures. The patio furniture is in disarray with cigarette holes, the door spots of mold, the windows caked with dirt. once you get inside, you're greeted with an overwhelming wave of must. the AC they claim will help with the sound of the neighbors. living in the unit next to you is filled with mold. the table, covered in grime, with cute teacups and saucers stuck to the table itself. itself. The microwave a giant burn mark within it, the toaster caked with meat grease, the carpet from the beautiful one in the picture to a dingy, black and white one. the only thing that looked even remotely the same was the shower, which desperately needed a detail cleaning as there was soap scum in all of the corners. corners. The best part of it all is after being promised a refund and booking my own hotel and a new vrbo afterwards I find out they decided it wasn't smelly or dirty and I would not get a refund. after contacting vrbo with 50 pictures and a detailed description, VRBO is ordering this property pay me a refund which they are very aggressively trying to avoid (They issued me a 41.50 refund of over 300.) please save yourself, do not book, this is actively one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any rental. additionally there appears to be "several" people living next door, so be prepared for people to be outside the home alot. 0/10

Perfect Place!!

Absolutely loved staying here, it was exactly as the listing stated and a cute quaint place for our trip to Tampa. The gigantic shower was by far our favorite part of the stay!!
