Nicest place we ever rented at the beach. Great location and close to beach and great restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We've stayed at this home 3 times over the past 10 years and have loved it every time. Each time we come back there are more and more improvements to a home that didn't need any improvements! Perfect location for walking, easy parking and the cleanest home on the market! The property managers are helpful and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Outside has been completely updated and looks amazing at night!

Great rental

Spacious, with extra bathrooms which always helps. Nice location, walking distance to everything : beach, shopping, boardwalk. Cooked some nights, restaurants other nights. Plenty of room for guests.

Absolutely marvelous

My family and I absolutely love this location and home. It’s right in the middle of everything and very short walks to the best places in rehobeth. It’s very quiet despite being in such an active location. I would highly recommend it

Relaxing Pre-Holiday Weekend

The condo was excellent, extremely comfortable with a nice, well appointed kitchen. The location and amenities were perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We've stayed here before and would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect location, beautiful condo.

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is our second time staying in this condo and we would definitely come back again. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Gorgeous, new property with perfect location!

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious house with plenty of space for 3 couples and each have their own bathroom. The location is 10/10. Couldn’t be more perfect with walking access to the beach and all shops/restaurants in Rehoboth! My only suggestion would be for the owners to install towel racks in the bathrooms, provide linens and towels, and decorate a little more which I’m sure they will. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious and absolutely convenient! 10’s across the board. Perfect location … never got in our cars once we arrived. We were all sad to leave.

Summer Vacation

Great property and prime location. The only thing that could be improved is the off street parking. The interior is very modern and high quality. There were some contractors working on the exterior while we were there but they were polite and concerned that they didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of the property.

Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful memories

There isn’t anything that could push me off a 5 star rating of this place. Previous comments validated the worn furniture in the living room but we didn’t spend much time there so for us it was a non issue. Location of the house was best of all worlds, close to beach and close to restaurants/shops. Beds very comfortable and rooms a good size. Bathrooms were in pretty good shape as well. Kitchen had everything you’d need for the week. Parking a little tight in the back when you arrive. Safe area and felt at home with our two young kids and extended family who came to see us for part of the trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great property and location.

The location is great! Next door to great restaurants and shopping. House is perfect size for 6 adults. The only recommendation would be to update the living room furniture. Very worn in and marked. This living room would be best suited for a sectional.

Great location

Location, location, location. It's perfect for parking your car and not moving it again for the week. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Perfect for our honeymoon

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. We loved the kitchen and living room, and when the weather was nice it was great to sit out on the porch and eat our lunch. Judy was responsive and considerate, and she responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

A Very Convenient Location
