HOUSING
From the entrance, a corridor serves the living room, bright and entirely facing the garden.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) for one person, a connected TV and a dining area.
The open kitchen, well arranged, is fully equipped (plate, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.).
Large bay windows border all the living rooms, giving access to a garden of 80m2 facing southwest. This outdoor space offers a dining area and deckchairs.
The night corner consists of a bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), a large bay window overlooking the garden, and an adjoining shower room.
An independent toilet is accessible from the entrance.
Private parking in the basement of the building is at your disposal, easy access.

From Nice airport: 30 to 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
