Nous sommes idéalement situé, proche croisette, commerces et restaurants que nous aimons. L'immeuble est de bonne qualité avec ascenseur, l'appartement est clair et bénéficie d'un petit balcon. Peut-être à l'année prochaine!

Cote d’Azur at it’s best!

A fabulous bijoux residence one minute from le Croisette and of course the beach, Cannes. Everything you could wish for in a small property ideal for two. Situated just behind the Carlton & JW Marriot you are in the absolute heart of Cannes.! Land lady is wonderful and the property is extremely clean. It’s a perfect base to explore the Riviera. Train St. is less than 10 minutes walk away. I can definitely recommend this place. We spent 10 days there in June 2019 and it was memorable from start to finish. 5 Stars. Everything is clean and in excellent working order from kitchen, bathroom etc with also ample room for clothing and luggage storage. Air conditioning is superb too. A very comfortable ‘homeaway’!

Parfait pour le festival

L’appartement est très pratique, agréable et très bien situé. Il dispose de tous les équipements pour se sentir bien. De plus l’accueil est excellent et la communication et la rencontre avec la propriétaire très très agréable. Merci encore

Nice apartment

Just had a perfect stay over 9 days in this apartment. The apartment is very nice and spacious for two persons, and it has all the facilities you need. It is in a very good location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, La Croissette, Rue d’Antibes and everything else in Cannes city center. Marie-Noëlle is very nice and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her and to rent her apartment. I recommend this apartment and will definitely consider to stay there again if I visit Cannes again in the future.

Très bon séjour

La description de la location et sa situation sont précises. La location est très propre et bien entretenue, à proximité d'un supermarché. La propriétaire tient à notre disposition une documentation complète sur CANNES et ses environs. Nous recommanderions effectivement cette location à un ami. Nous avons apprécié un bon restaurant "Aux P'tits Anges" à CANNES. Nous avons flâné sur la Croisette et avons visité MONACO et GRASSE.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passe un sejour enchanteur. Non seulement l'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, d'une proprete irreprochable, fonctionnel et decore avec Gout mais en plus il est central a deux pas de la Croisette et de la rue d'Antibes. L'accueil de la proprietaire est remarquable et il existe un parking situe a 15m de l'appartement. Nous vous recommandons a tous de choisir cette location dont vous ne serez pas decus. Excellente adresse. Encore un immense merci a la proprietaire ainsi qu'a l'agence qui nous ont accueillis.

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Location!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and open. There is a lovely walk-out balcony with a table and 2 chairs, perfect for a peaceful coffee or breakfast. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and main strip (Croissette) Marie was very accommodating and friendly, going out of her way to meet us late at night when our flight plans changed. I spent a week here for the Cannes Lions festival and was absolutely pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cannes!

Dans une résidence à coté de l’hôtel MARRIOTT, un appartement très lumineux et fonctionnelle décoré avec gout. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Dommage que le beau temps n'est pas été de la partie, malgré de timide apparition de soleil. je vous le recommande, je pense le relouer au moi de juillet pour avoir le beau temps.
