Welcome to this 17th-century townhouse 🏡, beautifully renovated in 2025 while preserving original features like painted beams, stone walls, and wooden floors ✨.
Spread across 60 m² over 3 levels:
➡️ Ground floor: cosy living room 🛋️ and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, extractor) 🍽️
➡️ 1st floor: shower room 🚿 with toilet, one bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and balcony 🌿, one bedroom with bunk bed for kids
➡️ 2nd floor: spacious attic-style mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140 cm) 🛏️
Nestled in a quiet dead-end street 🚶‍♀️, yet steps away from the historic center, ideal to explore Vannes, its harbor ⛵, the Gulf of Morbihan 🌊, beaches, and local markets 🛍️. Just 4 minutes on foot to the beautiful ramparts garden 🌳.
