Welcome to Commodore 1302 - Caspian Rose! This Penthouse 1 bed/2 bath beachfront is perfect for your next vacation to Panama City Beach. Take in spectacular, floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 13th-floor balcony! Upscale decor, granite countertops, a flat-screen TV, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. You may want to spend all your time out on the balcony taking in the Gulf views! The unit has TWO Gulf Front balcony accesses with stunning wall-to-wall views, king-size beds with master bathroom, and private balcony access!  This beautiful unit sleeps up to 4 people! The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room that seats 4 people or Extra seating is available at the eat-in bar. For your convenience, we have Beach service starting March to October free of charge for you to use. Area Attractions: 

Conveniently located on the family-friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Commodore is fabulous!  It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the beautiful Gulf to the south. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! 

Commodore is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. You are within walking distance to the Sea Screamer at the Treasure Island Marina and also Sisters of the Sea waterfront dining. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr. and North Lagoon Dr., is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant.  You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

25 years ago we started our annual trip to PCB, staying at the Commodore. Nice to stay again at a great 1 bedroom that is nicely appointed. Easy check in and check out.

Great stay!

The condo was extremely nice and clean but it did have a cigarette smell to it when we first walked in. The decor was beautiful and the layout was great. We would definitely book here again!

Absolutely Perfect!!

The best weekend!! The condo was super clean and so nicely decorated! The view from the condo and the bedroom was breathtaking!! We could not have been happier with our stay in this condo at the Commodore!!!!

Most Relaxing Vacation

Everything was perfect! Exactly as described! Beautiful views and not as crowded as othe places we stayed at before. The Anniversary Surprise was totally unexpected and much appreciated! We will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended this gem to our friends and family!

Nice view from the top

Overall, our stay was nice. The unit is decorated and furnished well. For a small unit it was perfect for our stay. The building is a little unkept and the elevators might need to be checked out. Overall though our stay was nice and the unit was very cozy.

quiet location. Real Joy advertises the property as 1404 sq ft. It is closer to 700 square feet

Nice property. Will require some maintenance in the near future. Condo smaller than expected.

We loved this place. Absolutely perfect for me and my boyfriend. The best view of the ocean from the top floor w/ a huge balcony w/ access from the bedroom and the living area. The bathrooms (and the rest of the place) were super clean, none of that weird uncleanable dirt in the grout like a lot of places have. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need (if you like to cook make sure to bring your basic spices). The only complaints were that the thermostat is programmed somehow to change to 74 when you leave somehow so it's a little warmer than we liked when we'd get back from places but not too bad. We also could not get the living room TV to connect to the DirectTV box. This condo was so amazing and close to everything. Beautiful beach, awesome food and fun atmosphere as always from PCP. We will definitely be back.

Condo was beautiful. The only issue was the tennants in 1303 smoked weed off of the balcony.

Our stay was wonderful but the complex needs to look out for pot smokers. There were others other than our neighbors.

Great place!

Beautiful condo, great location. We like to stay a little bit away from some of the PCB craziness. This place is perfect. Close to everything you want to do, but far enough from big crowds if you want to relax.

Overall = great!

Well supplied and lots of storage in the unit. It wasn’t missing anything, including everything needed in the kitchen. The only negative was in receiving the access code to get into the unit. Real joy said they emailed an agreement, but it was never found in any email boxes. However, when I called from the property to gain access, it was handled very effficiently, which I appreciated.
