Welcome to Condo Royalty, Come stay and enjoy our new, fully renovated condo, just minutes from beaches,restaurants,gas station and supermarket.This “Smart” condo is fully equipped with a full range of modern amenities including hi speed internet Alexa controls, 55” TV with Hulu, Netflix and more. The newly renovated bathroom features a waterfall sink faucet and rain showerhead.
The king size bed has a memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has a 30” induction glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave. Free guest parking,pool, is in a gated lot.

Location incorrect
Both VRBO and description from owner were incorrect. It said it was a 4 minute walk to locations in the boardwalk and it was actually 30 minutes. Access to property was difficult and the condo smelled like smoke. The pictures of the interior were accurate except for the windows. Curtains were drawn in the photo because the windows were frosted and louvered. So no view of anything. Owner was very responsive before our arrival and once we arrived. We found alternative lodging close to town which was where we wanted to be. Owner refunded most of the cost quickly and without issue. Just glad we were able to find other lodging. Christiansted is a great place.

Nice Spot!
This cute, little place worked well for the two of us. It was well furnished, clean, and within walking distance to a store, a mini-mart, and some fast food. It was gated and felt very safe. The other tenants were friendly. Joey was helpful and responsive. The view was beautiful. Some added amenities would have been helpful, such as: directions for how to leave the gated complex, directions for using the stove, directions and Wi-Fi password, info on where to find the laundry building, and directions for how to walk to Sugar Beach. None of these is a deal breaker and Joey responded quickly to any we asked about, but it would have been nice for these to be “anticipated” since many are listed as selling points of the property. Overall, it’s a cute and reasonably priced place to rent for a trip to a wonderful island. Definitely rent a car, however, so you can travel to other parts of the island.

Very quaint property that had what we needed! Located close to historical Christiansted but easy to get anywhere on the island!

Great getaway!!
This condo was well updated, felt very safe, and offered a great location to nearby businesses. Joey was a great host and responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!!
