The apartment was a perfect place to stay for our vacation. It was close to multiple different restaurants and activities to do in the city. Beautiful scenery on the balcony and the host was nice and efficient with communication with any of our questions or needs regarding our stay.

The unit was clean for the most part and the owner was very pleasant. She stayed in contact with us for the duration of our stay. The rooms were clean, toiletries were provided and the view is spectacular. The passkey pickup and drop off was seamless. I would stay here again

Relaxing vacation time

Monica’s property was super fun to stay at for me and my six friends. The wraparound balcony has a beautiful view, and the outdoor pool was very nice to sit out at.

Incredible Space and Location

This property is wonderful and in a great location within walking distance of the Tram and great restaurants. Great amenities including a well equipped gym and an amazing pool. Words cannot express how great the property owners Monica and Marlon are. They're communication is impeccable and they are some of the greatest people I have ever dealt with. Great, great, great experience!

Great experience

Everything about this place is nice. Check was easy, communication with owner was always quick, condo was clean, views from balcony are some of the best. Stayed here a couple times and will continue to do so in the future.

Spotless, comfortable, great location

We had a great stay at Monica and Brian’s Brickell apartment. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and South Beach. The apartment was spotless and all of our needs were accounted for. The gym and pool facilities are awesome.

Overall great stay and beautiful property. Monica was attentive and communication was great. Area was beautiful, apartment was clean, balcony was spacious and of course the view was unmatched. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location. Nice apartment. Could use minor updates but was clean and host could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Easy check-in/out process. World stay again for price (4 adults, young 2 teens).

Perfect Place

We were here for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. This apartment was perfect! It was a great location, quiet but within walking distance from a ton of places to get lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Loved it!
