Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from your spacious beachfront balcony when you reserve this incredible 4th-floor, corner-end condo for your next getaway. An open floor plan lets you enjoy the views wherever you go, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare your family's favorite recipes, with a dishwasher to make cleanup easy.

Take the elevator down to spend the day lounging at the condo's shared pools or hot tub, then walk directly out to the white sands and emerald waters beyond for a day in the sun and surf. Don't forget to let your competitive side out on the shared pickleball courts as well. Rinse off at the outdoor shower by the pool deck before heading up to your vacation home to use the private washer/dryer to get your beach attire clean and ready to go again. Unwind in the living area in front of the flat-screen TV while you take advantage of the free WiFi to plan your next day's adventure. At the end of the day, three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to wash their worries away and three cozy bedrooms are ready for you to sink into every night after a long beach day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love this place. Except parking fees

Absolutely loved the room! Loved the extra big balcony !! It’s close to the beach waters so not alot of walking had to be done. The only down fall of this property is they expect you to pay $45 for each vehicle!! We rented golf carts to drive around instead of our personal cars and we had to pay $45 for each of those also… we spent so much in just parking and there wasn’t anybody on the property working that we could find to talk about that.. other then that we loved this place.

Great condo!!

We LOVED this condo!! It was so nice and the plenty of room. We had one small issue with the ice maker and they sent someone the next day. The only thing I could recommend is maybe some hooks in the bathroom for hanging toiletries bags

A perfect Place to rest and relax

We really enjoyed our stay at Celadon 409. The condo was very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels. Just the two of us, I always seek out a larger condo not to feel cramped. You don't have to miss out on nice big condos like this one just because you cannot fill the bedrooms! Well stocked kitchen, and nice large table to dine at. Great for 2 people or 6 people. Furniture was very comfy with a nice large TV. The bed seemed like new mattress and clean white sheets. Very comfortable. Beach chairs and a shell rack are provided for you in the laundry room. Using that rack I found my first shark tooth in the water! The balcony is to die for. Nice large wrap around the corner balcony with no buildings blocking your view on this side. You can see forever down the beach since just small houses are beside that side of the building. Loved that it had a mixture of tables and hightop chairs. I only stay where they have hightop chairs to be able to see over the railing. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect for mother/daughter spring break!

We stayed here for a duo mother/daughter sprint break trip! Everything about it was perfect! The moms had our own king size bed while the girls were able to share the room with the bunk bed. It was great. The location - couldn’t be any more perfect! Being able to ride the elevator down and walk out on the beach… perfection! The place was spotless! The only complaint I had was the linens. My sheet would not stay on the bed to save its life. May be the wrong size, I’m not sure. Also, one of the bunk beds didn’t have any bedding on it except a fitted sheet so it was a good thing we brought a couple of blankets with us. Oh, and we found a surprising stash of board games! Even bigger bonus! We will definitely stay here again if we come to PCB. I normally sleep with the blinds shut and no light coming through. Not here! Being able to wake up and stare at the ocean just made everything about this vacation top tier!

Overall good trip… condo could use some updating and master toilet room was like using our RV bathroom. Remodel would help. We need different beds next time so will not choose this unit again. The queen bunk beds are not good.

Very spacious looked just like the pictures, even the bunkbed room that was a plus

We enjoyed our stay, parking was very convenient even with the walk. We loved the space and the cleanliness. Made things easy to eat in or out.

The room was gorgeous. The appliances had issues. Toaster burned everything,even on lowest setting.

Love it.. Need to fix dishwasher and toaster. Also garden bath tub looked Luke it had nit been cleaned

Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as described. We loved that it was a corner unit with a wrap around balcony as it added to the sense of privacy. We only really ever heard people from the other units outside at night on the balconies. Never heard any noise through the wall to the next unit. We were also far from the bustle around the elevator, but being on the 4th floor meant we didn't have to wait long to catch a ride down. Since it was off-season, luggage carts were always available, elevator wait times were never long (even though they were repainting the insides of the shafts and one elevator was periodically not in service), and the garage was never full. The only thing we were surprised by was that the garage was $30 per car per week. We thought we had confirmed on the listing that there was free parking, but that may have been an oversight on our part. The beds were very comfortable, but the unit does need deep pocket sheets (or sheets with clips) because the current ones come off the mattress every night. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with plenty of room for six adults and two children, easy access to the beach, and close to everythung we needed.

Love the quiet end of beach

We loved that it was close to Sunnyside and you could quickly access back beach rd and get wherever you needed without all the front beach Rd traffic . The unit itself was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. It did have some minor plumbing issues with showers and sinks not draining well. There was an elevator issue while we were there but they resolved it fairly quick. Overall we would stay here again!

great unit

The condo unit 409 was very clean, had beautiful wood floors, furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful views of the gorgeous beach sand and Gulf water. Check in and out were easily done. When I reserved the unit, the photos showed the room that now has bunk beds, as a unit with 2 twin beds. I preferred the twin beds so was disappointed to see it had been changed to bunk beds. One problem is that the great tv's didn't have instructions with them. One tv could show local channels. The other two I think were like Roku tv's, which I don't know enough about. We could watch old shows and movies, but couldn't find anywhere to also see local channels. Instructions would be nice with each of the 3 tv's. Overall, we had a great week.
