This perfectly located studio condo has everything you need for the perfect ski getaway. The shuttle to Okemo Ski Resort, which is less than a mile away, is located right across the street, so you don't need to worry about parking or driving. Inside the condo you'll find a comfy futon couch, perfect for cozying up and watching a movie on the flatscreen TV after a day on the slopes. There's also a convenient kitchenette with a half fridge, microwave, and stove, perfect for prepping some snacks or popping some popcorn to go with that movie. If you don't feel like cooking, you're within a mile of plentiful restaurants and cafes. With a great location and a cozy, thoughtful interior, you can't go wrong!

Ski shuttle details: Condo is located on the main street. Ski shuttle is located across the street to Okemo Ski Resort, less than a 5 minute walk.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The place is not sound insulated at all! We could hear every bump and grind from the room above and every loud footstep as they moved about. The entry has no light over the door so it's impossible to read the unlit numbers on the entry keypad..speaking of which, who has a 10 digit entry code that you can't memorize and requires you to open the email with the code in it every time you need to get in? How about 4-5 digits! The hair dryer did not work well. There is NO storage for our clothes, every drawer and cabinet was filled with linens or cleaning equipment. Definitely not returning!

Convenient Access to Okemo

Conveniently located within a 5 min. drive to Okemo Mountain Resort and within walking distance of a number of restaurant/bars. Has all the necessities for a weekend in Ludlow.

Amazing location

The place is in a great location, everything from the mountain, food, and stores are within two minutes. The room was small like we expected but for two people it was great. Bed was very comfortable. The whole room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and big my only bad thing to say would be the water pressure is a little low but not to the point we won’t won’t be back. Already planning our next stay, highly recommend.

Perfect place

This was such a great get away! It was perfect for me and my husband and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We was able to drive to Stowe and many other locations. Beautiful mountains, waterfalls, and covered bridges within driving distance. The little town had an absolutely wonderful restaurant called DJs. Right behind us was the Okemo Mountains with an unbelievable overlook. Would highly recommend.

The only thing I would add to this property is a drying mat for the dishes :) if there is one there already then I could not find it. Other than that I definitely will be booking this property in the future. Thank you!

Nice Place to Stay

Manipulation of the taps in the bathroom was challenging for someone like me from overseas (Australia). If I had not been in the US before I would not have known how to work the shower. A little sign for the older style systems would have been helpful. One more vertical grab rail might have been nice. Overall it was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The toiletries were a nice touch and the towels were plentiful for my 6 day stay.

Cleanliness and hygiene is important for us when we book any vacation rentals, there are cockroach roaming around kitchen and near microwave and lot of dust in side table and lamps, bathrooms had typical odor and toilet was dirty . Fan remote was not working, when I called customer service but nothing happened. We will not book again.

Great location but unit is small

This was a cute little unit but a bit tight for our family of 3 (not sure how a family of 4 could fit comfortably). There is a small kitchenette equipped with very basic amenities, so you may need to bring your own pots/pans to supplement. Also the photos showed a water kettle available, but none was, which made boiling water difficult and we had to use the only pot that was provided. Otherwise the bed was comfy, the futon too, and the bathroom provided the necessary amenities. Also the TV is located in a cabinet above the kitchen, so if someone is cooking, I’m the TV cabinet gets in the way or whoever is in the kitchen blocks the view of the TV. Otherwise it’s a short drive to Jackson Gore and there is ample parking on site at the unit.

Cute place BUT a lot is missing to be perfect!

- When I arrived the temperature was at 57 and regardless of settings throughout the stay temperature didn't go up higher than 67. Last morning before I left I woke up to 60 and no sign of any heat from radiators. - HOT WATER - Both Cold and Hot knobs on all three faucets in the apartment had hot water, there was no way to get cold drinking water. Sometimes it came out for a few seconds and then hot water started running on the cold knob. Better hot then cold, but I don't want to drink warm/hot water. - ANTS - When I arrived and throughout the stay ants in the bathroom and kitchen area were marching around regardless of me trying to get rid of them. Eventually, my toiletry bag was having a few walking around. - POTS - Although there's a kitchen, if you want to make something as simple as pasta, you'll have to cook the pasta first then strain it, and then make a sauce in the same pot, because besides medium size high wall saucepan for boiling, there is only one small pan that will fit two eggs on it and not much more.

Solid stay! Some small problems.

When I arrived, the keycode didn't work on the door. It took about 45 minutes of calling and texting Vacasa, Vrbo (through which I booked this Vacasa), and the owners before I finally got something helpful. Somebody from Vacasa support gave me a code to try on the lockbox outside with the backup key, which did work. The keypad never worked during my stay, so I just used the physical key the whole time. The room itself was nice. Bed was supremely comfortable, the counter had actual kitchen amenities, the bathroom was small but was very well-equipped, more or less clean, and got the job done well. The interior design was pretty, too. The space felt good to be in. On the last day, I noticed some ants unexpectedly. Perhaps they got in from outside or something. I only saw two, and I'm not tremendously pressed about it. Overall, it was a good stay, and for the price, it was basically what I needed. I'm just frustrated about how the stay began with being locked out and the keycode not working on the keypad or the lockbox. To be fair, it was late at night, but I would've appreciated not having needed to call in the first place. And the fact that it took so long was additionally frustrating. Besides that, a good place!

Good Location, Neat and Clean

Great location. Place was clean and we had everything we needed. We did have issues with the heat. The unit could not keep up with demand (this was the weekend of the deep freeze with temps well below zero). They remedy was a portable heater which worked effectively, but we had to keep manually adjusting to manage the temperature (too hot then too cold). Otherwise, the unit worked well.

Neat and Clean - 2 small things

It was a clean place, neat and well put together. It was private, in the back and a great place to stay for a few days. Very close, within walking distance to the hub of Ludlow. That said, two things, first - the coffee maker is not Kcup like the description. It is a traditional, conventional coffee maker (bring ground coffee and filters). Second, the wifi didn't work - this was frustrating. I called and emailed, they said they would send someone and didn't reply to my email until the night before I was leaving. This issue was not resolved - the password never worked that they supplied.
